Vrbo Rental Experience

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We initially rented the property for 29 days but ended up extending our stay for an additional 17 days. From the beginning, we were very comfortable and felt right at home. The property is spacious and open. The neighborhood and surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet. The homeowners were always available, if needed. I would definitely recommend this rental for anyone planning to visit Palm Coast.

We loved our stay

This home worked perfect for me and my husband while we waiting for our house to be finished building. We both work from home, and the room off the lanai was the perfect office for my husband while I worked in inside. The house is just a few minutes from the Town Center (Publix, Super Target, Walgreens and many other retailers). It is also very private as it backs to the golf course and preserve. We also appreciated the neighborhood feel, everyone is friendly and it's quiet. The owner, Janice, is by far the best VRBO host we have ever had. Very attentive and accomodating. I highly recommend this location!

Wonderful place to call home for a while!

Our 3 month stay was perfect! Especially the kitchen. Everything I needed was provided for meal preparation. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay, it was in a great neighborhood and it was clean with all of the convenience items you'd want. This one is worth it, you won't be disappointed!

We're the owners of the Cypress Knoll Golf Course in the heart of the Cypress Knoll development, where the people are as warm and friendly as the weather! We retired here to property that's been in the family for almost as long as Palm Coast has been in existence, and love to share our community and golf course with new families that come to stay, even if it's just for a short while!

Why they chose this property

The house is a charmer, and located right on the golf course for a spectacular setting. We bought this as a 2nd home in Cypress Knoll for family get-togethers, but it's also perfect for others thinking about relocating to the area, those who want to get away from winter, or anyone planning an extended Florida vacation.

What makes this property unique

A oversized lanai and yard is perfect for outdoor activities. The family room is separated from the main part of the house, keeping the noise of TVs and games away from the rest of the house. Tile floors over much of the living area keeps the house cool in warm weather and easy to clean.
