The house was clean the kids enjoyed the pool It was much more relaxing than if we had stayed in a hotel. Will definitely want to stay again next time we are in the area...Great stay Thank you so much.

Condo not quite as need of a thorough cleaning!

First thing we saw when we entered the condo was a grimy kitchen and more lack of housekeeping as we went along. We spent an hour wiping down the kitchen cabinets, table, the sink on the right side, coffee maker, bathroom sinks and medicine cabinets to remove what was left behind from the previous guests. We understand the hard water issues, but none of what we cleaned had to do with that. All of the kitchen cabinets and drawers had crumbs and food in them, the front of the refrigerator had a film on it, the stove was greasy, the metal sink rack in the left kitchen sink was growing a science project and the bathroom drawers had hair and whatever in them. We avoided using most of those areas. The one yellow sponge for cleaning was past it's actually stunk....and a purple scouring pad had long hair on it...not sure what that was to be use for....we used the stained dish cloths for our cleaning. There were SOS scouring pads to clean the food and grease from the two pans and one lid before we used them. The silverware required cleaning before using. Other amenities were fine.....sheets and bath towels were clean....a couple stained white wash clothes which we set aside....and most the dinnerware and glassware was clean. The construction of the building...which is no fault of the condo sub standard. The guests in this first floor unit get the displeasure of hearing upstairs guests stomping overhead, the upper sewer line and the washing machine when in use. We chose this property based on the raving reviews, but the cleanliness others experienced was not there. Of all the properties we have rented over the years, this one was a huge disappointment.

Pretty Nice Condo

Overall this was a good choice. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and near a park. The only down was that my wife and kids complained that they could smell cigarette smoke. Not sure if it was previous renters or neighbors. I would recommend to others.

Impressively soft linens. Proximity to activities was very convenient. Enjoyed the park right out the front door. Minutes away from some great golf courses! Owner was very friendly and helpful, thanks!

We throughly enjoyed our first visit to Mesquite

My wife and I came to Mesquite to scout out as a potential retirement community. This condominium gave us a 'realistic' experience on what we might expect as future Mesquite homeowners. The condo was very clean, well decorated and proved to be a great base to do our research. I would recommend this condominium as an alternative to staying at a hotel. -Jeff-

Fantastic stay!

The condo was perfect. Barbara thought of everything, The condo was quiet, spacious, clean, great coffee maker and comfortable beds. Close to adventure and a grocery store. The hot tub was a plus. Looking forward to coming back in the fall for another rock climbing trip.

Condo is in a great location to explore the back country, hold family reunions, and to enjoy Mesquite's seven championship golf courses, including the #1 rated golf course - Wolf Creek Golf Course - Casinos, spas and great dining await you. Mesquite is located just over an hour northeast of Las Vegas and a short drive to scenic St. George, Utah. Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks are easily accessible and well worth the drive to experience the red rock canyons at their finest.
