A small tidy & clean and private room right at heart of HK - Wan Chai. Top convenient 5 minutes walk from Wanchai MTR/Subway station, 10 mins away from Central or Causeway Bay by tram. Many buses downstairs going to all over the Hong Kong Island e.g. to 6 and 6X to Stanley, 15 to the peak etc. There is a 7/11 convenient store and plenty restaurants downstairs. The flat is at 5th floor of the building. It is Ideal for one person or two max. double size bed with private toilet and bath room. Suitable to all of you who need for a comfortable resting space rather a luxury hotel room being honest.
Last but not least, this is a private room with your own toilet and shower rather than sharing with others. The room shares a common corridor with 3 other rooms, it has its own password lock. You DO NOT get to meet other tenants or at least very rarely (I met one of the tenant a couple of times in the past 12 month) Hence great privacy!

You will need to bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste. Although you can easily buy them downstairs at 711. If you need anything in addition to these, please give me a heads up first and I will try to arrange that for you.

The property was fine; no complaints there. The management of the property for the entire stay was woeful. Despite following the travelmob prompts for supplying my arrival details to the 'host' 48 hours, access required a phone call (no HKG SIM at midnight) through a very surly 'concierge'. WiFi access was down for three days, curiously over a weekend, despite written requests to reboot. Rubbish and dirty linen was left to pile up in the tiny corridor between rooms: it took complaints of two residents and the taking of photos to have the 'host' to direct staff to clear the mess away. No helpful hints, such as which clothes line to use, caused problems with neighbouring tenants. Wendy Jin herself was abrupt to the point of rudeness when confronted with photographic evidence. I would recommend Travelmob review their association with this property supplier. (NB. All records mentioned have been reserved if required.)
