Situated at the centre of downtown, and just minutes away from Marina Bay Sands, The Marina Barrage and The Gardens by the Bay.
The Marina Bay MRT station is about 5 minutes away, while the Raffles Place MRT station is about 8 minutes away. The Downtown line is located to the West of the apartment building.

House Rules: HOUSE RULES
We seek your understanding and cooperation to treat our apartment just like your own home, and to help us keep our apartment well-maintained for each and every one of our guests.
1. No Smoking Policy
We do not allow smoking in our apartment. Please refrain from smoking in our apartment at all times. The penalty imposed will be twice of the daily room rate made at the point of booking, for guests who do not comply with our no smoking policy.
2. Penalty for Missing / Damaged Key Card
A penalty of SGD100 will be charged to guests if they have misplaced or damaged our key card.
3. Booking of Apartment for Parties / Gatherings
Out of respect to our neighbours and so as not to cause any inconvenience to them, we do not allow any house parties and social gatherings to be organized in our apartment.
4. Pet Policy
We do not allow any pets in our apartment.
Overall our experience with the apartment and the location was great. But the interaction with the host and his staff left a lot to be desired. First of all, despite assurance during booking, we were given a totally different apartment than 29G that I had booked. This appears to be the norm...they probably have a bunch of apartments and they move folks around to fit the overall schedule. They did not notify us in advance that we won't get the apartment we had explicitly asked for, and for which they had agreed earlier. If this wasn't bad enough, after 2 days, the staff came at 10:30am and said you need to move to another apartment in couple of hours because someone else has reserved this apartment! We wasted some time of our trip to negotiate, and finally managed to stay where we were.
During our stay we requested additional glasses and cups (we were 4 of us, and they had given only 2), and they were never delivered. Despite earlier requests (multiple times) for additional mattresses, they were not delivered before we arrived, but they were quickly set up after we reached there and notified them. The host who received us did not know any English, and so it was very difficult to communicate, even though she was extremely nice and tried her best to help. The apartment cleaning crew was amazingly good! Did laundry, folded dried clothes, did the dishes and cleaned the apartment really well. Our return flight was late in the evening, and the checkout was at noon. They graciously offered to hold our luggage at a separate facility. However given the missteps, I wasn't confident that I'd be able to recover the luggage later in time, so passed on the offer.
Overall, we'd do this deal again given that the location was unbeatable and the apartment was nice and clean, but will adjust our expectations given the management practices.
