Spacious with a wonderful view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this apartment. We were met by Cristina who was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Great sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen for what we needed. We spent many hours on the balcony soaking up the view. It is just a short stroll into the centre of the city. We also organised a 2 hour sailing experience with Bellagio Sailing which is a must do. From start to finish this was a very memorable stay for us. Carlo is a very pleasant and responsive host and I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view

The manager had good contract with us before we got there. We had issues driving in and Marzia waited in the cold and rain for us. The apartment was excellent and as advertised on all levels with one exception - the bathrooms are small. I would say they are standard for European accommodation, but everything else in this property is way above normal size and quality. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Fantastico!

We had the pleasure of staying three wonderful weeks in July 2016 in Carlo's apartment Ca Maria. The apartments is just as the pictures are and is well maintained and well equipped. There is a grocery store with 10min walk and a fruit and veg store within 5. Easy 10 min walk in Bellagio centre which is gorgeous scenery of the lake along the way. Sportsman club just down the road . We were two couples travelling together and the apartment was a great size, the balcony is a bonus and we had many evenings and meals overlooking the lake, which you never seem to tire of looking at. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Ca Maria who is Carlo. He has a beautiful yacht which he rents out and we would highly recommend it as it is amazing! (www.bellagiosailing.com). Carlo is a great seaman and his knowledge of the Lake and his tales had us captivated. I would definitely stay in this apartment again without hesitation. Marzia, who greets you is lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Carlo, we loved our stay and your yacht (Sleepy) and will miss your beautiful Lake. An Exceptional Experience. WE WILL RETURN

Four of us (two couples) traveled to Bellagio from the USA. Carlo and Carla provided excellent communication and services beyond our expectations. They provided us helpful information that helped us navigate the travel from Malpensa Airport to Bellagio. The apartment is perfect for two couples. Each couple has a private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with anything you may need. The views of Lake Como are breathtaking. A short walk to the center of town and access to the ferries, restaurants and shopping, a grocery store is just a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful when selecting fresh meats and cheeses. The restaurants in Bellagio were EXCELLENT (Carlo’s recommendations). We sailed with Bellagio Sailing (owned by Carlo). Carlo was our skipper. He took us to the Northern part of Lake Como. It was absolutely amazing. Carlo supplied us with delicious local wines/Prosecco/Beer/Non-alcoholic beverages. Cristina was our check-in manager and available during our entire stay. One of the deck chairs broke on our arrival day. Within a hour we had a new chair delivered to our door. We absolutely plan to return. It was truly a magical vacation and one we will never forget. Beautiful!

A spacious, comfortable apartment with a wonderful view.. highly recommend. Our trip to Lake Como was memorable, in part to the private sailing experience provided by the host.

I am a deep lover of Como Lake and in particular of Bellagio; I am a professional sailor and I started sailing on the lake when I was 10 years old.
At 16 years old I went to Bellagio by motorcycle and I always passed near Cà Maria dreaming to buy an apartment inside that property and in 2007 I fulfilled that dream.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because I was in love with that house and because it's a very nice apartment.

What makes this property unique

The most important Cà Maria benefits are: a marvelous lake view from the living area and the quietness during day and night and I think my web-site can transmit this mood.
At the same time it is very close to the village center and in 7 minutes you'll be in the heart of Bellagio.
