Direct lakefront with spectacular views. This small cottage is perfect for 2! Enjoy your very own private sandy beach, dock, fire pit and large deck. Fully furnished inside and out, including use of kayaks. Our location is only a few miles from Mohegan Sun Casino (Uncasville, CT) the new Naskart indoor kart racing and Trampoline Park,as well as the Dinosaur Place and Natures Art(Montville, CT). For adults the These Guys Brewing (Norwich, CT) and Fox Farm Brewery (Salem, CT). The only thing missing is YOU!
Inside: This cozy and newly renovated cottage sits on private Oxoboxo lake in Montville, CT. From the moment you walk into the cottage you see a wall of windows with a million dollar view of the lake. There are views of the lake from every window on 3 sides of the cottage.
Once you come in you will find the cottage is nicely furnished inside and out. In the family room you have leather sectional with chaise , glass top tables, TV with Amazon Fire Stick, stereo and in ceiling speakers. In the eat in kitchen you will find nice new concrete counter tops, plenty of cabinets, table with 4 chairs, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. In the sun room you have a nice chaise lounge looking out at the lake. The bedroom offers a full size bed, wardrobe closet, night stand with alarm clock and lamp. The bathroom offers a stand up shower, toilet and sink. Hardwood and tile floors can be found through out the cottage as well along with a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Outside: Once outside you will find a large deck with furniture and a gas grill . Next you will see your very own private sandy beach, dock and fire pit. Please note we do have firewood for 5.00 per crate. Since the lake has no motor restrictions please bring your boat or jet ski to enjoy some water sports, like tubing or skiing, or just relaxing. We also have kayak(s) you may use at your own risk ( you must provide your own life jackets).
Located: We are located close to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Resort Casinos, Mystic, Shopping, hiking and within 40 minutes of Bradley International Airport (Hartford, CT). We are also within 2 hours of Boston and NYC

Fell in love with this property the moment we seen it. Now we want to share it with others. The lake is private to owners and guests. No public access. This is great for water sports.

We had an incredible weekend at the lake house. The photos don't truly do the home and location justice. The setting is so beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, that the house (which has been renovated) is just a bonus. We spent two nights here over Memorial Day Weekend and even on bad weather days, we sat back and took in the incredible view from inside. When the sun did rise, we sunbaked and kayaked the pristine lake. Our weekend was topped off with a wedding proposal; this was a weekend getaway that we will never forget. Victoria and John were also incredibly easy to communicate with and were very helpful in recommending things to do and nearby restaurants, and made us feel very at home.

Great spot for a girlfriend weekend
A lovely place for a girlfriend reunion. Victoria was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The cottage was clean and had beautiful views of the lake (even with a little snow and rain). Would love to come back in the summer. Thank you.

Very happy with our choice made for getaway while visiting our daughter. Place is very clean and cozy. Loved having the lake and amenities. Bed needs a new mattress. Loved everything else!

This adorable cottage is amazing and so are the owners😀 perfect getaway place for anything from relaxing to reading to writing to enjoying the superb views of lake! Wonderful place to vacation
The cottage is very nice. The lake was great. We used the floating dock and kayaks and spent a lot of time in the water which was very clean. The owners are very nice and do a wonderful job to maintain the cottage. We look foward to another stay.

Beautiful view of lake.
Lake house was a very small cute property right on the lake. The view of the lake was amazing.
The only downside was the sleeping arrangements.Beds was very uncomfortable.
