Lovely Marylebone apartment

Ian was a very gracious host and incredibly easy to communicate with, as our family stayed for 2 weeks. The apartment is very centrally located in a very nice residential area with many restaurants and supermarkets near by. Most of the major sites can easily be reached within a 15-20 minute walk. The apartment is very nicely furnished with updated bathrooms. Would happily book again if available the next time we are in London

Perfect Stay for Families

We had an absolute blast at this wonderful flat! It had every single thing you would need plus the ideal location in London. Huge rooms- so tons of space for the kids to not drive each other crazy. Spectacular, Perfect Property in London

My husband and two daughters ages 14 and 11 stayed at Ian's property for 3.5 weeks in June for a family vacation. WOW, this property is phenomenal in every way. The rooms were bright and spacious, the location was perfect, and the flat had everything you could want or need. It was important for my husband and I to have a well located property near a tube, restaurants, and park. This flat fit that bill to a tee. The tube is a few minutes walk, grocery store also a few minutes away, and Regents park about 8 minutes walk. It is rare to have such a spacious flat in the heart of London and again the rooms were huge allowing all of us to have time together as well as be able to retreat for our own privacy if we wished. The flat is also incredibly quiet and we slept so well. This is truly a hidden gem and after previously booking a property of VRBO that turned out to be a fraudulent listing; it was so reassuring to communicate with Ian. He is super responsive and was so helpful in getting us settled in and attending to any need or request. One of the best properties I have ever stayed in and we will return. Thank you so much Ian!

Convenient to Everything in a Quiet Lovely Neighborhood

We rented for a month and couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you want class, convenience and charm in London, look no further. The flat is roomy and the kitchen especially well appointed. The location is next to a Starbucks with a grocery store just half a block away, tons of great restaurants in the neighborhood and a quick walk to 3 different tube stations on different lines. Ian was easy to work with and very responsive to questions before and during our visit. You won’t be disappointed.
