The 2 bedroom apartment has two single beds in each room for a total of four single beds to comfortably sleep two persons in each room. Both rooms have TV with separate DVD player, aircon and smart vertical blinds to assure privacy of occupants.
Entertainment options may be availed at additional US$1,200.00/month for use of exclusive Media Player loaded with the latest English movies in spectacular HD format (720P or 1080P). Kindly advise and pay rental fee before checking in if you want to avail use of our media player/high definition monitor.
The spacious toilet and bath is located across the middle of the two rooms and has a convenient washer area complete with manual and electric washer equipment for the tenant's clothes washing needs.
Kindly note that there is NO BATHTUB installed but includes a shower area with hot and cold water heater fixture.
Kitchen amenities include cabinets, cooking appliances and a refrigerator to stock fresh ingredients of your own home cooked meals. Living / Dining area with a wide cityscape and mountain sea view will definitely enthrall your appetite as you partake of your favorite Cebuano snacks and desserts.
The view inside the apartments itself is nothing like you'll ever see anywhere at ground level in Cebu City and you don't even have to leave your own space just to enjoy the scenic surrounding from the cozy confines of your place.

Peak season are travel months of December to March and daily peak rates are at US$180 per night. For reservations prior to December-March, consider booking at least 2 weeks in advance prior to actual dates of reservation.
Personal tour guide is available upon special request and daily cost is to be paid for by the guest requiring tour services.

House Rules: Advance monthly rental is immediately payable via Paypal/credit card upon confirmation of reservation.
Minimum reservation of 30 days stay up to a maximum of 90 days.
Prior to check-in, we require cash payment of Security Deposit of US$1,000.00 to cover for possible property damages / loss of furnishes inside unit.
Any loss / damages caused to the unit and the furnishes shall be fully chargeable and deductible from the security deposit. It is very much appreciated if you maintain and treat the apartment and its furnishes with care and respect as if it was your own.
Provided, however that there are no property/furnishes loss/damages to unit, this is refundable to tenant upon check out and after physical inspection of apartment conditions prior to key return.
Notice of intended time and date of move out must be confirmed a week before date of check out.
Guests / Lessees hereby agree to fully abide by the existing building rules of the condominium as maintained by the Association Management and will not engage in any unlawful or illegal activities within the leased premises for the duration of their stay.
Strictly pets of any kind are not allowed within the premises as per existing building rules and regulations.
This is a strictly no-smoking apartment.
Partying, unruly activities or engaging in noisy activities that will cause disturbance to nearby units are prohibited.
Please be considerate of the environment by practicing energy conservation. Turn off aircons/appliances when not in use or when leaving the premises.
The unit is presented clean and in livable condition to the Guests/Lessees upon check-in. For security reasons, the daily maintenance and cleanliness of the unit is the sole responsibility of the lessees. Consequently, the entire apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check out of guests and turnover of property and return of keys to lessor.
