Beautiful newer 2- story construction situated at the foot of Door County's landmark bluff in downtown Fish Creek, in the exclusive community of the Bluffs at Cottage Row Court. This unit is large and spacious at 3200 square feet with 3 full bedrooms, each with their own full bath. First-floor Master bedroom also. The kitchen has granite counters with stainless appliances and opens up to a large great room with a flat screen HD TV, cable, wifi. There is a large deck overlooking Founders Square with a gas grill and outdoor eating area. The entire town of Fish Creek is walkable (Founders Square, fish boils, the marina, White Gull Inn, Door County Confectionery) from the front door. This condo was designed and built by Tim Halbrook Builders with impeccable style. Unit 4185 is the 3-story unit across the street and is also owned by us and has been rented year-round and always receives 5 star reviews and accolades - reference vrbo # 257802.

About Jen Martone

Our two families, the Domans and Martones, both love vacationing in Door County, especially Fish Creek. We wanted a beautiful, private home that was also situated in the most happening town in Door County, Fish Creek. In short, we wanted a new, stylish place which also allowed us to walk everywhere. This is all that and more.

Why Jen Martone chose Fish Creek

We choose Fish Creek because it has the most entertainment, shopping, restaurants and is at the door step to Peninsula State Park. The marina is beautiful for boating, and we never have to get in our car if we don't want to; it's all out our front door.

What makes this condo unique

If you are traveling with families, then this is one of the unique benefits is the proximity. We can be cooking dinner on the front deck while our kids are at the Door County Confectionery or Dippy's Ice Cream shop enjoying a sweet treat. We don't have to worry about loading the car up to go anywhere. It's a very relaxing atmosphere which is great for entertaining as well as sleeping a large group of people.

Awesome girls weekend

Some friends and I rented this beautiful home for a girls weekend. Everything was so great! Pictures don’t do the home justice, there is so much space! The host was so great and accommodating.

Beautiful condo, great location!

We recently stayed at this wonderful condo in the heart of Fish Creek! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our girls' weekend. An added bonus, walking distance to town! We will most definitely stay there again!

Property is outstanding!

Our family has been to this property for the past four years and we love it. The layout is very conducive to our family hanging out together and relaxing together. The location is great too as it is easily walk-able to the White Gill Inn and to downtown Fish Creek. We plan on going back next year.

Fish Creek location is perfect. So close to everything.

The property was nice but we noticed some things that could be done to make it better. The lighting was very poor in the bedrooms and bathrooms. More lamps and brighter light bulbs would help. There are no hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels. The downstairs family room has a futon to sleep on but nowhere to put your clothes if you are the one sleeping there (as I was). A wardrobe and a dresser would be very useful and there is plenty of space. The outdoor furniture is really worn out. Wicker is not the best choice for Northern Wisconsin. The sheets had a musty odor like they may have sat in the washer for a long time before they were dried. If some of these improvements were implemented I believe it would make the property more desirable. We’ve stayed at the condos across the street before and will stay there again as it was more comfortable than this property for the reasons I stated.

Owner's Response: I am so glad we had the chance to speak while you were staying with your lady friends at our home. Since that time we had figured out the washing machine needed replacing (hence the musty odor from the linens), and we now also have all new towels and sheets since your stay! The futon has also moved into the bunk room as an additional place for sleeping (with access to a closet and dresser) and more lounging space is in the downstairs family room. Thanks for the feedback!
