House Rules: All Prices are inclusive of laundry, drying and kitchen facilities. We do not provide breakfast as there are a great variety of dishes and cuisine to select from restaurants at the mall and hotels nearby. Cafe and restaurant are located at ground floor.
We may charge extra rate of RM25 for each additional persons if more than 7 persons including children above 12 years, staying in the condominium. Children below 12 years sharing existing beddings with parents is free of charge. We reserve the right to waive the charge at sole and absolute discretion.
Security deposit is RM100 payable on check-in. It is refundable upon returning of key, access card and proper handover of all properties of the accommodation in good and clean conditions. Car rental, Airport Transport, tours can be arranged in advance and will be charged separately at competitive rate.
Housekeeping is provided on demand at extra cost of RM50.
Inventory items furnished with accommodation are for guests used exclusively during their stay. All furniture, fittings and inventory items are the property of the owner and should not be removed and damage other than through normal wear and tear.
Kindly take note that the a price will be charged if inventories are found missing from inventory list or item being damaged by negligence. Price for each items will be charged at the replacement costs which may include material and labour charges.
For safety precaution or care for the environment, guests are advised to switch off air-conditioner, TV and other electical appliances when leaving the accomodation for long hours.
While maintenance of this accomodation is provided to meet the general standard of habitation and use, the owner will not responsible for any water and electricity disruptions due to unintentional or circumstances beyong owner's control. In rare case, owner reserve the right to terminate the rental or provide alternative accommodation should the premises render unfit for occupation.
You can park your car at no extra charge using the Access Card for entrance to Tower B - P3 Car Park with Lot No. B02 or any available car park next to the mall. Please do not park at the reserve parking bays marked with Lot Numbers. Alternatively you can park at the compound of 1Borneo hypermall at RM6.00 per entry or you can park at the open space car parking lots.
Tenants are advised to be cautious and prevent any accidents or unfortunate incidents. Owner will not be responsible to anyone for bodily injuries, harm or any eventuality. Tenants stay in the accommodation at own risks.
