Great location to explore NY

We had a pleasurable stay with a few minor check in issues. John and Anthony was responsive to our requests and provided all that we required. A wonderful location for transit to NY and beyond

Great value for NYC

The apartment was comfortable for my husband, daughter and I. The subway was not far away and shops to buy food supplies very close. A fantastic Chinese takeout (Wing Chang) on Fulton has a huge selection and serves very fresh and tasty meals. We got food from their almost every day. John and Kim were very welcoming and available to deal with any issues, but we didn't have any.

Dirty, strange host

This place needs to be taken off of the website. It was dirty and the host was not very welcoming or friendly. There was black mold on the walls and water damage on the ceiling. VRBO had to move us for safety reasons.

A warm home away from home

We enjoyed this brownstone neighborhood, with a lot of beautiful trees, neighbors are friendly. Ten minutes walk to the subway station with the express A train to Manhattan in about 15 minutes. There are different cuisine eateries close by. We enjoyed the diversity of the neighborhood. The studio is spacious enough for the two of us. It is nice and warm in the studio and makes it a good home away from home. We stayed for a month, during the middle of our stay, one night there were three or four people gathered in front of the main door and chatted all night and kept us awake. The next day we talked to John's son, Anthony who lives down stair of our apartment and he said he will talk to them. We are glad that this is just one night incident. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Anthony who promptly took care of the tv cable box which failed couple of times during our stay.
