Just Perfect - A truely 5 Star experience

This was the second time our family of 5 had rented this property. Super location, a beautifully decorated and furnished home with lots of attention to detail. Beautiful linens and towels that you find in 5 star hotels and everything you could need in the fully stocked kitchen. The lounge room is a great place to unwind with a glass of wine after a long day out seeing the site of LA and the kids have gone to bed. Close to the Latchmont Village precinct for great restaurants and coffe shops you could not want for more. Thank you again Tim. We will be back again when we are next in Los Angeles.

Very Comfortable!

My family and I throughly enjoyed this property! It had all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace and hot tub...as it was a pretty chilly week. The beds were comfortable. The townhouse was very clean...and tastefully decorated. It is centrally located for exploring LA and the surrounding communities.

Perfect

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving 2019 and everything about it was perfect, and we especially appreciated all the thoughtful details (plugs/phone chargers and cookies!). We couldn't recommend this property or Tim as a host more highly - thank you!

The perfect house

We were 5 people going to amusement parks and enjoying Los Angeles. The area was perfect and the house was way better than expected the pictures does not do this house justice. We did not want to leave at all! The pool was great after long days of walking around Disney or universal. The mosquitos were a problem, but we checked the cupboards and of course there was mosquito repellent there. Everything was thought of. We are already planning on coming back to this house. The back yard was great for wine after some long days exploring
