This is a completely updated, unique 3 bedroom home with PANORAMIC breathtaking views of Lake Okanagan, Mountains and the City. Enjoy the city lights in the evening from the deck or curled up in front of the fire place with a glass of wine sitting on the comfy natural leather sofa.

All the comforts of home including luxury furnishings, new hardwood flooring and ceramics is evident throughout the home. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in this chef's well appointed kitchen, gas fireplace (not available in summer), flat screen TVs, and in-house laundry. Two luxury king beds and a queen bed all with quality pillow-top mattresses, down comforters, and feather pillows.

Wrap around deck, natural gas barbecue (Napoleon) and a private 6 person, 30 jets, Arctic HOT TUB to relax in at the end of the day while enjoying cocktails and the city lights. All within a 10 minute drive are Restaurants, Award Winning Wineries, Golfing, and the Beaches.

IF this is a WINTER EXPERIENCE for you ENJOY the fluffiest snow (Champagne Powder) at the nearby hidden gems of top notch ski villages like Big White - a premier family ski resort with over 150 runs approximately an hour's drive away. Another popular ski resort is Silver Star located in Vernon. Ski for the day and return to a relaxing glass of wine by the warm gas fireplace and then proceed to soak those aching muscles in the large jetted Hot Tub Spa for some hydrotherapy.

The city of Kelowna has you covered with lots of holiday activities for your family, including ice skating at the city outdoor ice rink close to the Marina.

Not for me

Host were pleasant but sour taste left due to covid restrictions (only stayed 4 of 10day stay) and advised no refund or change of dates as past 60 days forfeit. As everyone is aware sometimes 60 days notice is not given l can understand losing initial holding deposit but not entire amount. l was told the govt is not supporting covid cancellation so hosts loose - but really l run a small business and not even an exchange of dates was offered. l will not be using stayz again and if you are going to use wait till a few days before you go to book or stay in a hotel

Great property

The property and views were great. The house had everything we needed, saw so much wildlife that my granddaughter was thrilled with. Boating, golfing and a couple of wine tastings, everything was close by, which made it perfect.

Million Dollar View

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it would definitely like to stay here again. We found the house was very clean and well equipped . The views from the deck are fantastic my favorite was the lights of Kelowna at night, we had visits in the yard from the local Deer population which were fun to observe up close . We also enjoyed the quite evenings as well
