This REAL log cabin home is ideal for family/group gatherings or a romantic getaway for two, which features a private hot tub and two living areas. The three-story, 1360-square-foot home has three levels of living space, a private hot tub, a wraparound deck, a gas grill, and covered parking.

All year round, Lake Dillon and the ski resorts of Copper Mountain (13m), Breck (17m), Keystone (8m), A-Basin (11m), Loveland (12m), and Vail (32m) are accessible via short drives. Summit County also offers fantastic biking opportunities. Within five minutes, you can reach the outlet mall, a movie theater, a sizable grocery store, and many fantastic restaurants.

This home boasts:
Master suite - queen bed with 1/2 bath, small seating area, accessed by the log spiral staircase!
Main floor living room - sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player, stereo, and gas stove
Kitchen - fully equipped with all appliances, eating/cooking utensils along with 3/4 bath, and large wrap-around deck.
Lower level 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and 3rd with full bed sharing a full bath AND a second living area with TV and laundry.

Amenities: FREE high-speed Wi-Fi and expanded cable in all bedrooms. The property comes fully stocked with linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker.

· Quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am must be adhered to, particularly when outside or in the hot tub. We monitor noise decibel levels inside and outside the home through our partners at NoiseAware™.

Great rental, quiet, clean & a little quirky.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a property that was quiet, had a private hot tub, and was in a good location near to Dillon. We very much enjoyed our time at this property. The house is a little quirky in its setup as there are 3 levels that are connected by a spiral staircase. The main floor has a nice living room with a gas heating stove, eating area and kitchen with 2 bedrooms on the lower level and the 3rd bedroom is a loft above the main floor. The only issue we ran into in our 5 weeks there was a very dirty gas grill on the outside deck that we did not use as there was going to be to much work involved in getting it clean. Otherwise everything went well and we would not hesitate to rent this property again.

This cabin was everything that the listing said it was! Pictures were very accurate. It was perfect for my family and I for a week. Great location with a view! Property manager was also very quick to respond. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Great home for a family ski vacation with adult sons.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in great shape and worked well for gathering with adult sons and their friends for a ski week at Breckenridge and Keystone, which were both nearby. The clothes dryer was broken (needed a part that was temporarily unavailable), but the property manager offered to take our wet clothes, dry them himself, and then delivered them back to us quickly - which was exceptional. If there has been a lot of snow, the driveway can be curvy and steep enough that you might want a 4 wheel drive. The spiral staircase is attractive and fun, but may not work well for someone with disabilities. The kitchen had a Keurig coffee machine that produced latte's, which was a delightful way to start our ski days. Altogether a great place to stay!

Super relaxing mountain getaway

The house and property were so cozy and my wife and I really thought that that made our mountain getaway that much better. It was easy to find and get access to and provided all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was a nice thing to have as well! We're already planning on coming back with some more people in the future!
