Spacious Waterfront unit that offers views as far as the eye can see. Listen to the rolling surf while watching the busy shipping lane traffic. This unit is set to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.

Located right on the beach, this large spacious unit is located on the lower floor facing south east, bringing in a stunning panoramic view usually reserved for Penthouses. This  unit is perfectly located moments from the patrolled beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Features include: Ceiling fan in the main bed, large balcony, BBQ (the owner will fill them when they stay however there is no guarantee that they will be full for your stay. If necessary the bottles can be exchanged for a full bottle at the local service station approx 1km away. The cleaners do not clean the BBQ so please clean it after use), pool, lift and undercover parking (not suitable for 4WD (> 1.9M) or long wheel base vehicles).

A lovely 3 bedroom unit with all the conveniences you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. A large balcony allows you the space to relax above the pool while enjoying the picturesque views to Bribie Island and Moreton Island. This very popular complex is within walking distance to the local shops, restaurants and cafes as well as the renowned Metropolitan Caloundra Surf Club.

Walk from the balcony down your own private steps to the beach without have to take the lift or walk through the foyer.

Edgecliffe is a non-smoking complex and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property including the balconies, foyer and grounds.

While the property comes complete with all pillows and blankets, linen is not provided. You can arrange to hire linen (click on the link below) or bring your own.
