O imóvel é muito bom. Atendeu todas as nossas expectativas. Lugar tranquilo, perfeito para descanso. A praia é linda, areia e águas limpas. Voltaremos com certeza.

Ótimo imóvel e localização

O imóvel é bem localizado e proporciona conforto e privacidade aos seus clientes. O responsável pelo imóvel foi muito prestativo e receptivo. O único problema encontrado foi o mal funcionamento dos ar condicionados. Deixo como sugestão também, a manutenção dos chuveiros.

Pela terceira vez alugamos esse imóvel. Excelentes contatos com proprietário e família. Sempre prontos a atender nossas demandas. A limpeza inicial da casa deixou mto a desejar mas foi logo solucionada pq contratamos uma diarista. Aliás, recomendo a todos fazerem isso. A nossa foi de extrema confiança, indicada pelos proprietários. Gil é o nome dela. Cozinheira "de mão cheia", como dizemos em Minas Gerais. Nenhum problema c abastecimento de água. Roupas de cama e toalhas bem limpas. Como cozinhamos em casa, poderia ter mais algumas vasilhas plasticas para acondicionamento. Acabamos comprando algumas e doando pra casa. Mercadinho do Ricardo sempre pronto a atender nossas compras e demandas gerais. Saimos de lá com a certeza e esperança de voltar. Valeu demais!!! Mônica Mariz

Bom, porém necessita de muitas melhorias

A casa fica bem localizada, num lugar super sossegado, muito perto da praia que por sinal é uma das mais lindas que há conheci. Achei ótimo o fato dos quartos serem individuais e independentes da casa e todos suítes. A área da churrasqueira é ótima! A cozinha espaçosa. Porém a casa precisa de muitas melhorias. As telhas do portão de entrada estão caindo, isso é perigoso, uma caiu bem na hora em que eu estava passando. As geladeiras são muito velhas e já não funcionam perfeitamente. O chuveiro, pelo menos o do quarto dos meninos, muuuuuito ruim, precisa limpar as saídas de água, acho necessário colocar telas nas janelas e portas pois tem muuuuuito pernilongo e isso ajudaria muito. E se tivesse um microondas tb seria ótimo (mas isso é irrelevante), pra quem quer praticidade. E acho desnecessário cobrar pela eletricidade... Mas a casa é realmente boa, eu recomendo.
