Uriges Haus - Schlechter Service

Das Haus ist sehr ursprünglich und sehr gut und liebevoll restauriert. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut mit dicken Wänden und einem guten Blick über Vessa von der Dachterrasse. Eingezogen sind wir mit einigen Ahhh´s auf den Lippen angesichts des Wohnens in solch einer urigen Umgebung. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Besitzer funktioniert relativ gut in Englisch. Vor Ort lief die Kommunikation über einen Verwalter, der kaum Englisch sprach und mit der Verwaltung offensichtlich überfordert ist. In der Annahme das ganze Haus als Ferienhaus gebucht zu haben, inkl. Küche mussten wir feststellen, dass die Küche nur zum Teekochen ausgestattet ist und nur sehr spärlich über Besteck, Teller und Schüsseln verfügt. Töpfe sind nicht vorhanden. Esstisch und Stühle für sechs Personen sind nicht vorhanden. Einer der Räume war sehr feucht, was aber an der Jahreszeit (April) liegen kann, aber dass man uns die verschimmelten Kopfkissen neu überzogen angeboten hat ist nicht saisonabhängig. Außerdem wurde in der vorhandenen Waschmaschine während unserer Abwesenheit die Wäsche anderer Gäste gewaschen und diese kamen dann abends auch zum abholen. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin, wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass wir ja nur Hotelzimmer gebucht hätten und keine Ferienwohnung. Also insgesamt stimmt das Angebot hier nicht mit der Realität zusammen. Es sind zwei Hotelzimmer mit Teeküche und keine Ferienwohnung. Für ein Hotel ist der Service schlecht. Wir würden niemandem empfehlen dort Urlaub zu machen, weder in diesem Ort, noch in diesem Haus. Da haben wir unterwegs viel besseres gesehen.

When I saw the old building,in Medieval Village VESSA, 10 years ago, I thought suddenly,that, I could repair it, and create a new, different Traditional Boutique Hotel, where guests will be living in a old medieval area with modern amenities.

What makes this property unique

Guests will live in another season, with modern amenities.
Will live the magic of the medieval village of Chios, they can taste traditional delicacies and walk the uniquely narrow streets of Vessa village.
