Thank you for your interest in our beautiful direct oceanfront house! And when we say oceanfront, we really mean it. Unlike many"oceanfront" homes in Hilton Head, when you step out of our beautiful backyard, you are on the beach! And not just any beach...Hilton Head just completed a $35M+ beach renourishment project that is sensational. The beach area is huge and completely uncrowded year round; and yet you are only 1/2 mile from dozens of shops and restaurants. Fabulous ocean views from 5 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, and media room. Please note that except for November-February when the minimum stay is 4 nights, our minimum stay is 7 nights. All March-October rentals start and end on Saturdays.

Please also note that our listed prices include a 3% discount for using the eCheck option, which we strongly encourage you to use. If you prefer to use a credit card, that is fine, but then the 3% discount will be removed and that cost will be added to your final payment. Please also note that for international payments, the credit card fees are often higher and therefore the cost to the guest may be higher as well. We want to offer guests the convenience of using credit cards, but also offer guests the ability to avoid these fees by using the eCheck (or check or wire transfer) options.

We are always improving our house and the services provide. In 2018 we replace the front porch and steps with Zuri and added a 65" 4K UHD TV, Sonos Playbase, and 4K Blu-Ray DVD player. We have a fabulous 7 person spa in our beautifully landscaped rear yard and added new furniture & furnishings in 2017, as well as recent new doors & windows, carpeting, 2 new & expanded oceanfront decks, a new private beach deck and access, new paint & top-end appliances, eight new flat screen LED TVs...over $250,000 in improvements to make our house even more spectacular. New for 2018 renovated the front entrance to the house and it is beautiful! PLEASE SEE OUR GUEST REVIEWS...they tell you more than we can! We are also providing four complimentary adult bike rentals for our guests staying March-September. We provide a great value for this gorgeous three-story OCEANFRONT 6 BR + Family/Media Room, 6.5 Bath home with *HEATED POOL (fee varies by season) & elevator (serves 1st-3rd floors only; due to FEMA limitations, ground floor access by elevator may be provided in 2019) and our guests have many wonderful vacation experiences. ALTHOUGH THE HOME IS ONLY 15 YEARS OLD, WE CONTINUOUSLY UPGRADE AND IMPROVE IT TO ENHANCE THE VACATION EXPERIENCE. For instance, in 2017 we replaced all of upholstered furniture in the living room and we recently added 6 new premium Serta iSeries and Perfect Sleeper mattresses and box springs to the bedrooms...if the ocean sounds and breezes don't guarantee you a great nights sleep, these super comfy beds will! The bedrooms include two Master King Suites & a third King bedroom, two Queen bedrooms & one bedroom w/ two twins. All bedrooms have separate full baths and direct ocean views (except the twin bedroom). A new Queen sleeper is in the living room. We also provide exemplary service and responsiveness to all of our guests. For April-September rentals, we provide four adult rental beach bikes at no additional charge and a daily beach chair and umbrella service for only $295/week (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas), a great convenience and saving our guests 40% off the regular cost for these rentals. This fee will be added for April-September rentals. Pools heat is optional @ $375/week and will be added for thosesguests requesting it.

We try our very best to maintain a gorgeous house, offer outstanding personal service, a great value and fabulous vacation experience for our guests. Unfortunately, that means our house is a personal favorite for our wonderful guests and books up well in advance each year. We have also have had the honor of hosting several small weddings (we limit weddings to 35 for the benefit of our other guests and our neighbors). All rentals are for a minimum of one week and run Saturday to Saturday. Rates listed reflect a 3% cash discount and we encourage guest to use the eCheck option when making a reservation. If you prefer to use a credit card, the 3% discount will be removed.

Expansive views on main level: As you enter this home you’ll find a large great room that encompasses the newly updated kitchen, dining room, sun room and living room. The first thing our guests say upon entering our home is 'wow, what a view' and the wonderful views continue on every level. The wonderful chef's kitchen is equipped with new top end GE Profile appliances, Culligan pure water and beautiful Jade green granite counter-tops. Dining for up to 12 people. Fantastic ocean views from the wall of new Anderson A-Series windows and doors leading to a brand new and expanded veranda with seating for 7, including a new Tommy Bahama set and exterior audio speakers. A new 50-inch Sharp flat screen HDTV with blu-ray DVD/CD, and an Onkyo 14 speaker entertainment center compliments this room. A Queen sleep sofa is in the living room, providing sleeping up to 14 people.

The first floor master bedroom suite has a super luxury Joseph Abboud king size bed with veranda access and spectacular ocean views and includes a new large flat screen TV and DVD player, a walk-in closet and a private bath with a large jetted tub and separate shower.

More fabulous views and amenities on the second level: The second level includes a media room with a new 50' LG Smart TV, Denon receiver, DVD player and Wii console. There are 3 new leather sofas and access to a brand new expansive deck w/ mood lighting & four Polywood rocking chairs & two Polywood lounge chairs that overlook the private pool, private beach access, lavishly landscaped rear yard, the ocean and endless wonderful scenery. Access to the huge deck is provided form the den/media room, as well as two of the bedrooms on this level. The second floor master bedroom suite has magnificent beach/ocean views and direct access to the expansive deck. This wonderful suite features a fabulous king-size 4 poster bed with a new Serta iSeries plush mattress, large flat screen TV, and a private bath with a large garden tub, and separate shower. There is also a queen bedroom with a new Serta iSeries plush mattress and great ocean views and separate access to the expansive deck . The 3rd bedroom on this level has two twin beds, both w/ new Serta Perfect Sleeper pillowtop mattresses and a wall mounted flat screen TV. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms & all have new bedspreads, shams and decor. A laundry room & cafe is on this level w/ mini-fridge, large icemaker, toaster oven, coffeemaker & microwave.

Wonderful ocean views continue on the third level where both bedrooms are oceanfront. One bedroom is a king and the other a queen, both with fabulous ocean views, new Serta iSeries mattresses, and each with their own private bathrooms and walk-in closets.

The house has a three zone HVAC system so the guests on each floor can adjust the electronic thermostats to their preferences.

There is also a 1/2 bathroom located off of the sun room. Free high speed WiFi access throughout the house, premium high definition cable TV and free local and long distance telephone calls. 8 flat screen TV's, 3 DVD players. 6 BR, 6.5 BA, 3 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twins. Sleeps 12-14. * Pool can be heated at an additional charge. New heated 7 person hot tub at no charge. Listed prices include 3% cash discount for eChecks. A 3% fee will be added for non-cash/check transactions.

We are thrilled that our guests get so much enjoyment from our home. Unfortunately, that results in our available weeks filling up earlier and earlier each year. Cancellations - As noted in the reservation agreement, we will try to find replacement guests in the event of a cancellation for serious medical issues, but we strongly recommend trip insurance to cover unforeseen contingencies. We live in the DC area and love our home in Hilton Head. We have many wonderful memories of spending time there with our grown children and our grandchildren and are thrilled when we hear from our guests that they had similar experiences here.

Why Roger Winston chose North Forest Beach

We owned Marriott timeshares in Hilton Head for almost 20 years before purchasing this house. We looked at many houses in Hilton Head and this was our favorite. Great location, wonderful uncrowded beaches, convenient to great shopping and restaurants and dawn to dusk ocean views from almost every room. What makes this house unique

This is a typical day for us at our house. Awake to views of a gorgeous sunrise. Walk out the back door and take a walk or run on the beach. Breakfast on the first floor deck, listening to the ocean and perhaps French Cafe music on 12 speaker sound system. Walk 50 steps to the beach, to the awaiting chairs and umbrellas set up by the beach patrol from April-September. Play on the beach and in the ocean with the grandchildren. Ride bikes on the beach. Lunch at home or ride bikes to Coligny or perhaps a longer trip to South Beach for lunch at the Salty Dog. More beach or the pool in the afternoon or perhaps golf or tennis nearby. Dinner using the deluxe Weber grill or dinner at one of the many great restaurants. Proceed to the second floor deck to watch to beautiful skies at sunset, followed by starwatching with 1000's of stars. Repeat the above (with variations) the following six days!

Our families just loved this house! We have stayed at other homes in Hilton Head and this is now our favorite and we look forward to coming back next year. Our children loved the Wii games and the two entertainment centers when it was raining and the pool and beach when it was not. We rented bikes and used them extensively because it was so easy to get to the beach and the bike trails. This house, the views and the furnishings were wonderful.

The first floor living area has true HD TV with surround sound to as many as 12 speakers and subwoofer with separate speaker controls in the sunroom, dining room and kitchen. We just added a live blu-ray DVD player and a TX-NR708 Onkyo receiver to that room too, as well as a Harmony One remote to allow the system to be easily operated. The second floor family room has a Wii console as well as several Wii games and a selection of DVD movies too. A Memory Maker

Our family of 8 adults and 4 young children enjoyed being on a oceanfront home. Hilton Head is one of our favorite family vacation spots in the fall. Roger, the owner, contacted us on numerous occasions to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. You could tell he was quite proud of his home and actually concerned about us having a great time. The home was spacious, up to date, clean and had all the convenience of home. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and having their own bedroom to resort to while the adults enjoyed the new hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked, with any imaginable utensil at our disposal. The decks were spacious and the sunrises spectacular. The open lawn area between the ocean and the house was our favorite spot, for the babies to play. The location of the house was close enough to shopping and restaurants that we could ride bikes to or walk to, but was still in a quiet residential area, away from crowds. We normally don’t vacation as a family in the same place more than one time, but everyone wants to come back to 95 Dune Lane next year.

Vacation Experience 95 Dune Lane

To travelers looking for a well-appointed vacation property, accessible to the beach and to a private pool, with ample rooms and interior accommodations across 3 floors, complete with a functional elevator!, look no more. This property is for you. My wife and I, together with 7 adults and 3 children (all under the age of 9) had a most enjoyable vacation at 95 Dune Lane. From a welcoming "gift pack" to pleasant "status check" phone calls, to follow up, the owner and staff run a first-rate service. I highly recommend this property. I am already looking forward to my next trip to Hilton Head, and would stay at this house again (hands down). My 5-star rating underestimates how much we enjoyed staying here! Like Arnold S. said, "I'll be back!"

A wonderful week

Beautiful home on a beautiful island. Perfect vacation!

This is our 2nd year staying at Roger’s beautiful home! It is the perfect location so close to everything and right on the beach. We cook in every night and enjoy the ocean as long as we can. This year my aunt and cousins stayed in the home right beside us at 93 Dune Lane and it was just perfect! If you are needing extra space it is the perfect house. So convenient to be right beside one another. Also cut my finger during our stay and went to doctors care and was very impressed! They got me right it and did a great job. We will be back to 95 Dune Lane next year and are already counting down the days!!

Fabulous Experience

We stayed in this wonderful home with our children and grandchildren. It was perfect! Each family had their own floor, so the babies could be secluded for the naps. We enjoyed the warm pool and short steps to the beach. The kitchen was stocked well for all of our cooking needs, and a very nice gas grill! We look forward to coming back in the future!!

Outstanding!

As an owner of an Inn on Cape Cod whom takes pride in the quality of service and cleanliness of the Inn, I can say without hesitation that 95 Dune met and exceeded all expectation as it related to a well equipped home with quality amenities, exceptional cleanliness and outstanding customer service.

My family and I have rented similar homes at greater expense in various vacation locations and bar none, this home tops them all. It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I recommend 95 Dune Lane and hope to visit again next year; however, we will fly as we did not need anything extra to add to what had been provided for our use! Kudos to the Winston family and Vacation Rental Company!

North Forest Beach, Private Homes. Quiet street with great location directly on the beach with unobstructed views. Private access to fabulous beach and ocean is only 15 steps from our backyard. North Forest Beach is without doubt the best beach community on Hilton Head Island. North Forest Beach is the only beach community on Hilton Head where you can walk or ride a bike from your front door to wonderful Coligny Plaza where you can buy the morning paper, grab a cup of coffee from a local coffee shop, choose a delicious pastry from a great bakery and begin your day without even remembering that you own a car...enjoy over 60 shops, restaurants, groceries and fun. Oceanfront homes in North Forest Beach are right on the beach, close enough to throw a ball from the deck to the dunes. Other beach communities on Hilton Head have over 150 yards between the house and the beach. Dune Lane is exclusively private oceanfront single family homes with no condos or hotels so it is very private.

Refundable Damage Deposit AU$1,355.1

All rates inclusive, with the exception of the 10% tax & $1000 damage deposit . Pool heating is optional & is available for $375-$450/week (with use of solar blanket). During the season (April-September), we provide special discounted rates for daily chair & umbrella service (4 chairs & 2 umbrellas set-up each day for $275). Listed prices include 3% cash discount for eChecks. 3% fee will be added for non-cash/check transactions.
