Thank you for your interest in our beautiful direct oceanfront house! And when we say oceanfront, we really mean it. Unlike most "oceanfront" homes in Hilton Head, when you step out of our beautiful backyard, you are on the beach! We our thrilled that our home is one of a select few that is included within the Andrew Harper luxury collection. The Luxury Rentals from HomeAway site is a new brand that was created to connect travelers looking for a premium vacation with properties that can provide that experience. Every property is thoroughly screened, using a rating system comprised of a 75-point screening process, by travel experts at Andrew Harper LLC to make sure it meets a certain standard of excellence developed by Andrew Harper, the most respected voice in luxury travel. We sincerely believe that we have a very special place located at a premier resort. If you read our reviews, you will see that our guests agree! For our oceanfront home, we recently installed a fabulous 7 person spa in our beautifully landscaped rear yard and added new furniture & furnishings, doors & windows, new carpeting, 2 new & expanded decks, a new private beach deck and access, new paint & top-end appliances, eight new flat screen LED TVs...over $250,000 in improvements to make our house even more spectacular. PLEASE SEE OUR GUEST REVIEWS...they tell you more than we can! We provide a great value for this gorgeous three-story OCEANFRONT 6 BR + Family/Media Room, 6.5 Bath home with *HEATED POOL (fee varies by season) & elevator (serves 1st-3rd floors only; due to FEMA limitations, ground floor access by elevator is not provided) and our guests have many wonderful vacation experiences. ALTHOUGH THE HOME IS ONLY 13 YEARS OLD, WE CONTINUOUSLY UPGRADE AND IMPROVE IT TO ENHANCE THE VACATION EXPERIENCE. For instance, we just added 6 new premium Serta iSeries and Perfect Sleeper mattresses and box springs to the bedrooms...if the ocean sounds and breezes don't guarantee you a great nights sleep, these super comfy beds will! The bedrooms include two Master King Suites & a third King bedroom, two Queen bedrooms & one bedroom w/ two twins. All bedrooms have separate full baths and direct ocean views (except the twin bedroom). A Queen sleeper is in the living room. We also provide exemplary service and responsiveness to all of our guests. For April-September rentals, we provide daily a beach chair and umbrella service for only $275/week (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas), a great convenience and saving our guests 50% off the regular cost for these rentals.

We try our very best to maintain a gorgeous house, offer outstanding personal service, a great value and fabulous vacation experience for our guests. Unfortunately, that means our house is a personal favorite for our wonderful guests and books up well in advance each year. We have also have had the honor of hosting several small weddings (we limit weddings to 35 for the benefit of our other guests and our neighbors). All rentals are for a minimum of one week and run Saturday to Saturday.

Expansive views on main level: As you enter this home you’ll find a large great room that encompasses the newly updated kitchen, dining room, sun room and living room. The first thing our guests say upon entering our home is 'wow, what a view' and the wonderful views continue on every level. The wonderful chef's kitchen is equipped with new top end GE Profile appliances, Culligan pure water and beautiful Jade green granite counter-tops. Dining for up to 12 people. Fantastic ocean views from the wall of new Anderson A-Series windows and doors leading to a brand new and expanded veranda with seating for 7, including a new Tommy Bahama set and exterior audio speakers. A new 50-inch Sharp flat screen HDTV with blu-ray DVD/CD, and an Onkyo 14 speaker entertainment center compliments this room. A Queen sleep sofa is in the living room, providing sleeping up to 14 people.

The first floor master bedroom suite has a super luxury Joseph Abboud king size bed with veranda access and spectacular ocean views and includes a new large flat screen TV and DVD player, a walk-in closet and a private bath with a large jetted tub and separate shower.

More fabulous views and amenities on the second level: The second level includes a media room with a new 50' LG Smart TV, Denon receiver, DVD player and Wii console. There are 3 new leather sofas and access to a brand new expansive deck w/ mood lighting & four Polywood rocking chairs & two Polywood lounge chairs that overlook the private pool, private beach access, lavishly landscaped rear yard, the ocean and endless wonderful scenery. Access to the huge deck is provided form the den/media room, as well as two of the bedrooms on this level. The second floor master bedroom suite has magnificent beach/ocean views and direct access to the expansive deck. This wonderful suite features a fabulous king-size 4 poster bed with a new Serta iSeries plush mattress, large flat screen TV, and a private bath with a large garden tub, and separate shower. There is also a queen bedroom with a new Serta iSeries plush mattress and great ocean views and separate access to the expansive deck . The 3rd bedroom on this level has two twin beds, both w/ new Serta Perfect Sleeper pillowtop mattresses and a wall mounted flat screen TV. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms & all have new bedspreads, shams and decor. A laundry room & cafe is on this level w/ mini-fridge, large icemaker, toaster oven, coffeemaker & microwave.

Wonderful ocean views continue on the third level where both bedrooms are oceanfront. One bedroom is a king and the other a queen, both with fabulous ocean views, new Serta iSeries mattresses, and each with their own private bathrooms and walk-in closets.

The house has a three zone HVAC system so the guests on each floor can adjust the electronic thermostats to their preferences.

There is also a 1/2 bathroom located off of the sun room. Free high speed WiFi access throughout the house, premium high definition cable TV and free local and long distance telephone calls. 8 flat screen TV's, 3 DVD players. 6 BR, 6.5 BA, 3 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twins. Sleeps 12-14. * Pool can be heated at an additional charge. New heated 7 person hot tub at no charge. Listed prices include 2.5% cash discount for personal checks or Checks. Why Roger Winston chose Hilton Head

We owned Marriott timeshares in Hilton Head for almost 20 years before purchasing this house. We looked at many houses in Hilton Head and this was our favorite. Great location, wonderful uncrowded beaches, convenient to great shopping and restaurants and dawn to dusk ocean views from almost every room.

What makes this house unique

This is a typical day for us at our house. Awake to views of a gorgeous sunrise. Walk out the back door and take a walk or run on the beach. Breakfast on the first floor deck, listening to the ocean and perhaps French Cafe music on 12 speaker sound system. Walk 50 steps to the beach, to the awaiting chairs and umbrellas set up by the beach patrol from April-September. Play on the beach and in the ocean with the grandchildren. Ride bikes on the beach. Lunch at home or ride bikes to Coligny or perhaps a longer trip to South Beach for lunch at the Salty Dog. More beach or the pool in the afternoon or perhaps golf or tennis nearby. Dinner using the deluxe Weber grill or dinner at one of the many great restaurants. Proceed to the second floor deck to watch to beautiful skies at sunset, followed by starwatching with 1000's of stars. Repeat the above (with variations) the following six days!

Our families just loved this house! We have stayed at other homes in Hilton Head and this is now our favorite and we look forward to coming back next year. Our children loved the Wii games and the two entertainment centers when it was raining and the pool and beach when it was not. We rented bikes and used them extensively because it was so easy to get to the beach and the bike trails. This house, the views and the furnishings were wonderful.

It was wonderful...even though...

My family was "lucky" enough to rent this beautiful home Oct. 1-8, the week Hurricane Matthew struck. We arrived Saturday and were forced to evacuate by Wednesday afternoon. The house was wonderful and the grandkids enjoyed the beach and pool, which we had heated. We didn't need anything. As someone mentioned in an earlier review, there are beach toys, beach chairs, and pool floats under the outside back stairs. We used it all. Rented bikes and rode to Coligny Plaza almost every day. The beach renourishment project had large iron pipes on the beach all along Dune Lane (and farther north and south) when we arrived. Not very scenic view of the beach. We were happy to see the pipes being removed Sunday morning. Little did we know that they were being removed because of the approaching hurricane. But it was interesting to watch. Roger called the first day to check in and see if everything was OK. Then as the weather report worsened, he called again to tell us to be safe and not to worry about leaving the house without cleaning up. We appreciated his concern. I highly recommend renting this home. I would not hesitate to come back again (maybe not in hurricane season!

Perfect Beach House!

We returned to HH with 2 other families and stayed at this beautiful house. Everyone was very impressed. Three floors of living space. Large bedrooms with private baths made this a great layout for 3 families. The private yard has a pool, hot tub, and walkway to the beach. The view of the ocean can be viewed from almost every room in the house. The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and bike path. Everyone (adults and teenagers) had a wonderful time!

We are sad we had to leave 95 Dune Lane

This was probably this best vacation we have had as a large family ever!! ...

The house was perfect, and every bedroom had it's own bedroom which made it nice for everyone,,,,The house was equipped with everything and then some,,,

Location was perfect,,,,!!! on the beach, and a easy bike ride to Coligny Center,,,

The owner and The Vacation company was extremely accommodating!!

Lovely home

What a great find! It was a fabulous house with an absolutely great view of the beach. The homeowner could not have been more friendly. I wish all rentals were this easy. He checked up on us to make sure everything was okay and even left a nice welcome package with goodies in an insulated bag. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed. In addition to the 4 chair and umbrellas set up each day, there a folding beach chairs under the back steps. We could have left ours at home. In fact, we accidently donated to the cause by leaving a couple bagged soccer chairs there! In addition, there pool/beach toys available.

As for location, it was perfect. We rented bikes for under $30/week each and my daughter and her cousins rode to Coligny Plaza nearly every day. The ladies liked riding the beach in the morning instead. The men enjoyed fishing in the mornings and evenings. We would definitely recommend this house.

We look forward to visiting 95 Dune every year!

This was our third year staying at 95 Dune, and we are NEVER disappointed. The house is always in tip-top shape, and if there is anything that doesn't seem to be working the owners and vacation company get to fixing it very promptly! We never have any major issues. The house is located in a perfect spot. It is close to Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining and entertainment. It's only about 30 minutes away from the Outlets and the women in my family always dedicate one day for shopping. We rent bikes and bike to nearby attractions. We always spend one night at Shelter Cove for fireworks (On Tuesdays). This year, we took a two-hour kayak dolphin tour and it was wonderful! Very decently priced, only 15 minutes from the house and we got very close to some dolphins. Other than all of the attractions surrounding the house, the house itself is the perfect vacation spot. The balconies are perfect for sitting and watching storms roll in over the ocean at night. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and relaxing, and the gorgeous beach is seriously footsteps away. We always look forward to visiting 95 Dune each year. I can't recommend this destination enough.

Gorgeous, Stunning, 'Home' away from Home!

'95 Dune Lane' is a MAGNIFICENT place to have a family or couple's get-away! We had a family get-together to celebrate our son's 30th, and our grandson's 2nd Birthday, with a total of six adults and the little fella sharing the home. The six bedrooms, ALL of which are beautiful and exceptionally clean and comfortable, were more than marvelous for all of us to both share time together, and have space for privacy as well!

95 Dune Lane is situated right on a stunning track of Forest Beach, with the ocean and beach right outside the windows! The views are breathtaking! We actually saw porpoises swimming close to the shore from the living room windows and veranda deck. The swimming pool and hot tub are right below on the grounds just before the beach, and both were not only perfect for our family use, but also cleaned in the middle of the week of our stay. As well, the grounds were professionally cut in ongoing property maintenance. This property is beautifully maintained!

When we first arrived at the home, I saw a large bag of goodies on the kitchen counter which I had thought were ordered by my daughter-in-law. I found out later that the property owner had sent this as a 'house warming' welcome. It was stuffed with munchies and goodies for breakfast, snack time and cocktails. Quite a nice touch!!

In credit to the 'Vacation Company' management, we did have a slight issue with the upper level air conditioning; however a Sunday morning call resulted in a nearly immediate response, with the repairman arriving and fixing the unit that day. To me, this was really impressive care! The owner also called me in the afternoon to confirm that the air conditioning had been taken care of, and inquired as to any other concerns we might have had. Having owner vacation rental property of my own over the years, I found this gentleman to be a truly 'Class Act' in wanting to make sure his guests are well taken care of!

One side note on the beach - I was asked if I wanted to rent beach lounge chairs and umbrellas for the week. I had thought the tariff of around $250 for four chairs and two umbrellas was a bit steep, but I went ahead and agreed to the daily drop-off service. SMART Decision, that! Each morning at 0900 the chairs were placed and the umbrellas were 'drilled' in to the sand, allowing for a perfect shade and comfortable sitting spot all day long; around 5:pm each day they were picked up. The service was marvelous!

Yeah, 95 Dune is a WINNER!

North Forest Beach, Private Homes. Quiet street with great location directly on the beach with unobstructed views. Private access to fabulous beach and ocean is only 15 steps from our backyard. North Forest Beach is without doubt the best beach community on Hilton Head Island. North Forest Beach is the only beach community on Hilton Head where you can walk or ride a bike from your front door to wonderful Coligny Plaza where you can buy the morning paper, grab a cup of coffee from a local coffee shop, choose a delicious pastry from a great bakery and begin your day without even remembering that you own a car...enjoy over 60 shops, restaurants, groceries and fun. Oceanfront homes in North Forest Beach are right on the beach, close enough to throw a ball from the deck to the dunes. Other beach communities on Hilton Head have over 150 yards between the house and the beach. Dune Lane is exclusively private oceanfront single family homes with no condos or hotels so it is very private.

Golf: Hilton Head is famous for its golf. It is the home of the Heritage Classic at Harbourtown and there are dozens of other great courses nearby.

The first floor living area has true HD TV with surround sound to as many as 12 speakers and subwoofer with separate speaker controls in the sunroom, dining room and kitchen. We just added a live blu-ray DVD player and a TX-NR708 Onkyo receiver to that room too, as well as a Harmony One remote to allow the system to be easily operated. The second floor family room has a Wii console as well as several Wii games and a selection of DVD movies too.
