About this property

The Beach House Resort #9, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is in a totally renovated gulf front complex. The white, sandy beach stretches for miles in either direction! It features a large, private spa and spectacular beach views from virtually every room. Unit 9 even has a view of the bay from the bedroom! Numerous chaise lounges are available for your use at beachside.
This upper level one bedroom, one bath end unit is newly renovated and features top of the line furnishings and a spacious kitchen as well as a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.

Beach House Resort #9 will sleep four with a King size bed and a sofa bed. There is a 32" television in the living room. The master bedroom features a 20" television.

This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions.

Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months as well as June and July. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 30 days before arrival.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s not very clean. Dirty dishes in cupboard- waste can was gross and had food/ crumbs in the cover- floor was grubby. It seemed that the tile was barely washed. The furniture is tiny and uncomfortable. You are next to a construction project that also obstructs the view on the left side. The restaurant next store plays loud music EVERY day of the week. The washer dryer area was gross and non- operational. So nope I would not recommend Beach House 9. You must be able to find something better on AMI for the amount they are charging.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property and location. Liked the upgrades to the exterior. Our second time at this property and we have some concerns about the new construction next door as it now blocks the southern view. The condo is lovely, but the overwhelming musty smell permeates all of our belongings and takes months to air out once we're home. An air purifier would do wonders for this situation. We will only be able to stay one week next year as the huge increase in the rental fee has made our stay cost prohibitive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have come to this same location for almost 30 years so we love the location. The new paint and stairs to the property looks very nice. Our days were filled with construction noice of electric saws, air guns, and radio just a few feet from us so not very relaxing and couldn’t enjoy being on the balcony. The washer and dryer did not work while we stayed the month. There was no cleaning of the grounds while we were there. The hot tub was dirty when we arrived and never was cleaned. We did call for tv help, leak under sink and our door lock not working properly and very happy with a quick response. Our place we stayed could use a pizza cutter, broiler pan, a door mat and the furniture was dirty upon arrival.
