Every room in this Luxurious Condo has ocean views except for 1. It has 4 bedrooms and three full baths, approximately 1800 Square Feet, + a Large Ocean oceanfront balcony. It is well maintained with regular painting, deep cleaning, monthly pest control, appliance, and other upgrades (see details above)—flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms and free high-speed broadband internet access. The balcony has an outdoor table and bench seating. The Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, a crockpot, a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, a built-in microwave, a recently upgraded stainless steel dishwasher and Samsung refrigerator, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and ceramic tile floors. The Condo also has a full-size washer, Dryer, and iron and ironing board.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private bath with double sinks, granite counters, a Jacuzzi tub, and a private door to a sizeable oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #1 has 2 Queens and interior access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #3. Bedroom #2 has 2 Queens, and Bedroom #3 has one King.
