Everything was great!! The only downside is that they have well water, which none of our guests are used to. Would have been nice to have the heads up so we could plan accordingly.
Great place for a reunion.
Basically okay with the property. We were all pretty comfy. The beds were like sleeping on jail cots. Definitely needs a women s touch. The kitchen needs some more serving bowls , wash cloths and serving containers. The house needs some tender loving care. A few small renovations. Some more lighting. And the land lord was hard to get ahold of. Would look for another place to rent next time.
Ok guess the feeling is mutual.
You were sent request for Guest List with no response You said you were challenged with email communication. Several phone calls were not answered and not returned. You could stay at the Grand Geneva fo 10 times the cost .

A Perfect Vacation
First, thank you much to John for being such a great point of contact! The lake house was an absolute perfect space for our yearly vacation! The house was clean, had great aid conditioning, Netflix, stores only a short 6 minute drive away, laundry, parking, and a dishwasher! The house has plenty of beds for our party and we had a great time! Thank you so much John!
This was once a pub and grill, only it's not really a lake house.
We had a great time and made the most of this unique house. It was once a pub and grill and still feels that way which was great, and allowed for a variety of activities. Ping pong, fooseball, etc. The only note that struck us as sour was the house is described as a lake house with a private beach, which is "technically" true, but the beach is across the street, and the beach is a spot where people park their boats. We were told by the lake sheriff cruising on his boat that this was not a swimming zone and to get our kids out of the water... Photos and description are misleading in those regards. But otherwise the house was great and the manager attended to our needs in a timely fashion. Many thanks John!
My family and I had a great father’s day weekend here. We loved the mini private beach. We had a bonfire the last night and just talked around the fire. The house was nice and we loved the seating area in the window. It was prefect to sit and watch the lake. Overall had a great time.
VISIT LAKE GENEVA
Falling in love with Lake Geneva is easy… Maybe it’s the way the water shimmers off the lake or the way the sunset hits the trees. Or maybe it’s the amazing sensation of soaring through the air and laughing with friends on a zip line adventure, or going up in a hot air balloon, way above a glistening array of water and beautifully landscaped mansions. Or maybe … it’s just an afternoon of pampering and relaxation at one of the many area spas, or taking a stroll in downtown Lake Geneva, browsing in the unique shops or stopping for a bite to eat. Whatever your choice, Lake Geneva offers events, colors, tastes and wonders for each and every season.
Spring: walk the lake shore path, cruise the lake, browse the shops, and at night, find an outside fire pit to keep you warm. Summer: beaches, boating, paddleboarding, jet skiing, kayaking and a multitude of cruising options – lake living at its best. Fall: view the colorful fall foliage from a hot air balloon, follow the shoreline via cruise boat and enjoy a plethora of events, from Oktoberfest to Halloween Happenings around the lake. Winter: skiing, snowshoe hikes through the woods, snowboarding, sledding and winter ziplining adventures. And when it’s time to come out of the cold, you can relax with a massage, snuggle by a fire or dine overlooking the lake.
