This is a very nicely furnished 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom 4th-floor condominium unit within the Marina Pinacate Resort. The Marina Pinacate Resort is located close to the very popular and beautiful Sandy Beach. The Resort offers a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tiled sunbathing deck and a common area BBQ pit. The BBQ pit makes a wonderful spot to grill up your fresh catch of the day. The Marina Pinacate has shopping, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. The resort also has a business and fitness center in the main center lobby. This unit has a living room that has been decorated with bright orange colored walls and a burnt brown sofa bed that also folds out into a comfortable bed for two additional guests. The room has been furnished with a coffee table chest, two-floor lamps, and an entertainment unit. The entertainment unit has a TV and DVD player. A lovely piece of art hangs above the sofa and there are two sliding glass doors that open up to your own private covered ocean-view patio. The dining room has been furnished with a simple table set to seat 6 people. The chairs are matching high back with soft seat cushions. The kitchen has bright white cabinets with complementing orange and blue countertops, with ceramic tile all around the kitchen. The appliances are all white and include a built-in microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. The cupboards, drawers, and pantry have all been filled with everything needed to cook and entertain. The kitchen also has a built-in breakfast bar that has been lined with four high back bar chairs with soft orange seat cushions. The breakfast bar is the perfect spot to sit and wait for your morning coffee to brew and can also be used as additional guest seating. The Master bedroom has a huge king-size bed with rainbow-striped bedding set with bright yellow accent pillows. The room has a bedside table, two dressers, and an entertainment stand. The entertainment stand has a TV and DVD player for your late-night viewing pleasure. The room also has a lighted dressing table with a huge mirror perfect for applying make-up or jewelry. The master bathroom has a large travertine shower with a handheld shower massager. The flooring is large tiled travertine squares and there is a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting and counter space. The patio has been furnished with seating for a meal or for kicking back with a frozen cocktail and watching the sunset over the magnificent Sea of Cortez. The view from this 4th-floor balcony is like no other in Rocky Point. You will have all the comforts needed to feel right at home. Celebrating wife’s birthday

The location was nice as it is close to places to eat and drink. One complaint is the walls are thin, so you here the music from the bars. The place could use some paint in places and fixing kitchen cabinet doors. Overall, we liked the place, the people and location and felt safe. P.s Tell the guys that sell the packages to back off a bit. One guy in particular was pretty aggressive with his approach and attitude.

Great time!

We had a great time!! The only negatives from the stay would be we had to go to a separate location to pick up the keys which I was not made aware of from the beginning. There are NO tv channels or anything of the sort in the bedroom and the living room ONLY had a DVD player. The shower drained extremely slowly and the bed sheets were a little musty. BUT other than that the room was clean, the staff was friendly. I felt like my car was safe in the parking lot. It was close to the beach! The pool was awesome!

Misleading information and poor communication, old unit, great location.

Entered Apartment with dirty floors that had clearly not been mopped properly if at all prior to our arrival. The bathroom shower handle fell off and lounge ceiling fan was half falling off upon check in. Place is in need of a some TLC. A fresh paint job would do wonders. Tiles in the shower need to be extended left along the back to prevent water damage on the back wall from strong shower pressure. Door to the bedroom was swollen shut with moisture so couldn’t move the door. Vrbo listing states internet as the first amenity. We were told the internet was not accessible unless in the lobby and then it was shared with everyone. I was not even able to have a voice Zoom call without losing connection. Cell reception was also unreliable. I don’t mind staying at places to disconnect, but I’d like to be able to decide for myself and not find out when I get there that I wasn’t getting what I thought I was getting. Vrbo listing also stated cable tv. There were three channels on one TV and one on the other. One channel was CNN so that must be the meaning of Cable TV. In both the internet and cable TV reference they highly over stated what was available. Toilet paper seemed to be in short supply as well. We were rationed to thee toilet roles and had to request the 3rd role from the offsite management office as the front desk refused to help when asked. Beautiful views from a nice balcony. Bed was comfy and the kitchen serviceable. Pool area was not too busy for July 22-26. Sadly there was no information in the room about local attractions, restaurants, bars,, Churches or grocery stores. You missed an opportunity to really increase the value of the experience. A nice location but a poor effort at what could have been much better quality with a little work.
