There is a 2-seat Nabru sofa-bed for relaxing and watching TV. It can be opened out to make a single bed for a third guest - 180cm by 100cm by 6cm foam mattress (extra identical mattress available if you want to double the thickness).

You can work in style at the desk with desk lamp and sink into the incredible IKEA MALKOLM swivel chair, and there is a second swivel chair for other guests.

There is a gas combi boiler providing central heating and hot water on demand. The central heating is controlled by a beautiful Nest thermostat - all you have to do is set your desired temperature.

The apartment is on the second floor, and the communal area includes entrance, hallway, staircase.

Please note: The apartment is small so it is most suitable for individuals or couples. If you intend to sleep on the sofa-bed, you may not find it comfortable. As is the norm in UK homes, there is no air-conditioning and it's not required even during peak summer (there is a fan). You should be prepared to go two floors up the stairs with your luggage.
