Welcome to Oceans Eclipse.

Your luxury absolute beachfront holiday home on the pristine Casuarina beach. Perfectly situated, only a few kilometres north of Cabarita Headland and a few kilometers south of Salt Village Kingscliff.

The peaceful natural setting will have you feeling relaxed the moment you walk through the door. This home is ideal for families, couples and combined families as there are 2 completely separate living areas incorporating their own outdoor decks. Now everyone can comfortably enjoy a wonderful stay on the Tweed Coast, Australia's most sought after holiday destination. Oceans Eclipse is the epitome of beach luxury with polished timber floors, marble topped vanities, high ceilings with celestial windows and beautiful artwork on both levels.

Engulfed by a natural beachfront setting, this light & airy home completely opens up in a way like no other.

The ground floor

Both ground and top floors allow the outside in. Upon entering the ground floor the bi fold glass doors retract on the northern aspect to highlight the private pool.

The delightful swimming pool is complete with a waterfall, hot and cold shower and shadesails to protect you and your children from the summer sun and to keep you nice and warm through winter with its northern position.

The bar windows bi-fold open to the pool and BBQ area which all lead to the direct beach access at entry at the rear of the property.

The large ground floor lounge room has excellent audio and visual equipments hould the kids tire from the surf, sun and sand.

The ocean breezes flow through the house, however all rooms are air conditioned should you require it.

A lovely Queen bed overlooks the pool. Guests will fight for this bed as the pool produces a calming essence for you to simply relax with a book or a cool drink from the ground floor wet bar.

The kids have their own bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a separate bathroom and toilet.

The master ground floor suite can cater for a complete family with a Queen bed and Single bed with a spare mattress under for a little one. It also has its very own ensuite bathroom featuring a generous shower and marble topped vanity.

The upper level

Walking up the staircase to the upper level you enter a master parents retreat with king-size bed, a circular spa bath, timber shutters for privacy, all naturally lit by the 12 foot high celestial windows. There is a private sitting or dressing room and glass louvres that allow the eastern breeze in and overlook the pool and ocean glimpses.

Walking east across the suspended indoor breezeway, you enter the generous gourmet kitchen with stone tops, Miele appliances and an island bench with stools to relax with a coffee and the paper or set the kids up for breakfast.

The dining area adjoins the beautiful lounge room with comfortable seating for 6 and a large flat screen television complete with surround sound and Blu-Ray player. The lounge opens onto the large upper covered entertaining area complete with another barbeque, daybed and hammock for you to enjoy the ocean breeze. The Casuarina Rec Club is also close by with tennis courts and gym, as well as cafes and the new Casuarina town centre.
