This small 27-unit condominium offers a peaceful retreat with an uncrowded beach. Listen to the waves roll in and feel the powder white sand under your feet as you walk down to the beach, just steps from your back door. The community swimming pool provides a relaxing place to sunbath and take a dip. Close to all local attractions, entertainment, and restaurants... Island Sands the perfect beach location.

This 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom unit includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar with seating for six, a main living area with a sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony with gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV, and half bathroom. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

The owner has health issues that will not allow pets of any kind.
This property is exempt from ADA service animal guidelines as it is a private residence. Guests will be asked to depart the unit immediately if any animals are reported on the premises.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
