It is hard to beat the location. This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo offers a queen bedroom, bath, kitchen , living and dining area. With a nice Lanai and a partial oceanview. We have internet and a new Large Flat Screen TV. There is a spacious lawn behind the complex, a coin operated laundry and one assigned parking space. surfers, windsurfers, kite-surfers as well as tourists from all around the world visit us and enjoy!

Kuau Plaza

I had a really great stay here. Was a good location with a short $2 bus ride or uber to Paia and a 5 minute walk to the Kuau store. The beach near the apartment is beautiful and I saw turtles there nearly every time I went. I ended up booking my travel really last minute and Paula was great at getting back to me with all the details and anything I needed.

Very good location and very clean!

The condo had everything we needed and more. Wonderful location and surroundings! The managers were very accommodating which made our stay a wonderful experience.

Simple clean base camp

Recommended for people who just need a basic home base to adventure from. Not fancy, a little dated and worn, but clean and comfortable. Highway noise wasn't too bad with fans going. Kuau beaches nearby are very nice and secluded. Kuau store good coffee, brek sandwich, poke bowls. Overall good value, we'd come back. Mahalo for the hospitality

Great Stay, Great Property, Amazing Hosts

The property was perfect and had everything we could want! We absolutely enjoyed ourselves there and it was a fantastic location to base from. Just down the road, you can view the green turtles in the water and beach! Located at Paia, there is great shopping and restaurants! The best part of the experience were our hosts. They were warm and attentive and accommodated an amazing vacation. Thank you Paula and Cliff!!!

Great location

This was our second time in one of the units in this condo. Absolutely love the location. Unit is clean, furnishings average, Property Managers easy to work with and accommodating.
