This 1800+ sq ft ranch is wide open with 3bedrooms, 2baths, central air conditioning, high speed wifi, cable, excellent water quality, large lakeside deck with a boat hoist.

New 2021 renovations include new central air conditioning, new flooring, table and chairs in three season room, new gas grill with 2 propane tanks, new stainless dishwasher, new boat hoist for Roy’s Marina boat rentals, new bathroom vanities, mirrors and lighting, new dressers, and complete exterior paint of house.

Great stay

The property was exactly as advertised and right in the heart of the Seneca Lake area. Close to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood. Steve was a wonderful host. Highly recommend this home.

Relax by the Lake

Lots of space in this pet-friendly 3 bedroom house situated on beautiful lakefront property with a nice yard, cozy fire pit, deck and pier for watching sunsets. Steve was immediately responsive when we contacted him with questions. Would definitely return for another visit.

Lakeside location

Steve was a great host and responded to my initial questions concerning items that were either missing or broken. The location is lovely, quiet and secluded- perfect for our group of friends. The home however needs updating and some repairs including the kitchen cabinets, kitchen drawers and outdoor octagonal deck, particularly replacing the deteriorating older boards. Overall a nice low key place to stay.
