Why Natasha Medwedeff chose Seacoast New Hampshire

The state of New Hampshire is one of the nation’s prettiest places to view fall foliage. New Hampshire has an abundance of paved, easy to navigate, back roads and by-ways ideal for exploring and photographing Fall Foliage. This northern New England offers mountain vistas and valley panoramas, ocean views, and sparkling lakes. From the seacoast to the White Mountains, from the Monadnock region to the Great North Woods – see New Hampshire first this fall season.

Greenland, NH Area Foliage Tour:

State Rte. 151 from Greenland to North Hampton.

Hampton, NH Area Foliage Tour:

“The American Independence Byway”: This scenic 21-mile byway begins by going west on State Rte. 101E. Turn north on State Rte. 27 into Hampton. Continue on State Rte. 27 to State Rte. 108, which takes you south of Exeter. Head east on State Rte. 150 and join State Rte. 84 (soon after Kensington). Take US Rte. 1 north to the end of the byway (when you hit State Rte. 101E).

Portsmouth, NH Area Foliage Tour:

“The Coastal Byway”: The north end of this 18-mile byway starts in Portsmouth. From here, head south on State Rte. 1A until you reach the terminus at State Rte. 286.

Great vacation spot

  • 4 of 5

Great property with nice neighbors. Only steps from the quiet beach and short drive to strip. Would stay here again.

Cozy and Nice

  • 5 of 5

Great little spot, within walking distance to the beach and has a community pool. The strip is just a short ride away. We were out and about for most of our short stay, but it was clean and the beds were cozy and it was nice to have tea in the morning on the beautiful deck. A bit of a walk to a breakfast joint, but at least the walk was along the beach!

Lovely stay.

  • 4 of 5

Our stay was exactly how we expected it to be and as advertised. The beach was just across the street and easy to get to. Location was very quiet compared to the rest of Hampton beach which we were very thankful for. We discovered the cranes out back in the marsh, so pretty. The only trouble we has was the grill was not as clean as expected and the bathroom is very small. Other then that we would stay again.

Cute,Cozy and Clean -----Just like the pictures

  • 5 of 5

We liked this place very much ----close to the beach and other things----I loved that is on ground level with no stairs!!! The parking was roomy and right in front of our unit and easy to get out of. Another thing ---there is a private porch on the front and a private deck on the back where you can see Hampton fireworks on Wednesday nights. I would recommend this place and hope to go back again someday.

the cottage itself is clean and well maintained. communication with cottage owner was difficult

  • 2 of 5

My overall stay at the cottage in Hampton was fantastic. It was clean and well maintained, although it was a fairly far walk to the beach the price and quality of the cottage was worth it. On the website it does seem like it's a separate cottage but it is in a building with 20 connected cottages. Contacting the owner was difficult on many different occasions. We had a hard time checking in and the instructions were unclear. The website should also be updating seeing as it specifies to bring items such as pots, pans, etc. but they were already in the cottage. Packing a car is difficult enough, and overpacking with pots and pans was very disappointing. I'd suggest the website be updated and the owner make herself more available but other than that the cottage is just like the photos!

Owner's Response: Madison, I'm sorry you rated the condo 2 stars for your fantastic stay. No where does it say to bring pots and pans on the website, I'm sorry if you were mislead. I am also sorry that I had to call you to "keep it down" twice. All the best, Natasha
