You can see from the large deck that condo 9108 at the towers has a fabulous view of the lake and state park area. The contemporary furnishings make this condo easy to relax in! Condo has multiple tv's. Dvd, and stereo with cd player. Condo has a large laundry room with washer and dryer that will hold your extra gear during your stay. The full kitchen features dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and smooth top range. The large deck that opens from both the living room and master bedroom is a big plus! The master bedroom has a king bed and tv and the master bathroom features a large garden style whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a queen and the living room has a sofa sleeper. This condo sleeps 6. The extra amenities in the building include a outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center. The amenities are open 8am to 11pm. The towers is also handicapped accessible from condo to pools and lake.

Oct-May Longterm rentals, perfect for Travel Nurses or other Medical Personnel for 3-6 month stays. Very close to hospital!!

Osage Beach

Condo was very clean. It was nicely furnished and decorated. Felt very homey and comfortable. Beautiful view. Well stocked kitchen. Nice pool but the keypad was malfunctioning. Then shut it down for maintenance. HOA was unavailable all weekend. Otherwise a very relaxing stay.

We will exceed your expectations in customer service! All of our condos are privately owned and include many extras. We take pride in the excellent condition and cleanliness of all our condos. Condo 9108 towers bay has many extras which include a large screened deck, with amazing views.

Why they chose this property

The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
