Grand Caribe, is the premier resort on Ambergris Caye and hosts the largest swimming pool in Belize. It boasts 6 swimming pools (swim up bar at the main pool), 2 hot tubs, a beautiful pier, a wonderful staff including concierge service and a great location on the island which makes this condo the most desired.


- Nightly rate is for up to 4 people when renting our 2 Bedroom.
- For additional persons charge is $50/night plus taxes. One child 12 yrs or under can stay free.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY (JANUARY 4th – DECEMBER 20th):
• A deposit equal to 40% plus tax is required at the time of booking.
• Remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival date.
• Full payment is required if reservation is made within 21 days of arrival date.
• Full refund if canceled 48+ hours prior to arrival date.
• Two Night plus tax penalty or 100% Resort Credit if canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival date.

• Remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival date.
• Full payment is required if reservation is made within 21 days of arrival date.

• There are no refunds for cancellations 21 days or fewer prior to arrival date.

• There are no refunds for no shows, late arrival or early departure including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather.

• Travel insurance is encouraged.
