A corner lot puts you and your group in the heart of the action. The brick patio boasts a propane grill and seating area that are sure to delight. Inside you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a capacity of up to eight guests in this vacation rental. The eat-in kitchen comes complete with all of the tools needed to make and serve a delectable meal. Packing some food to prepare for your stay will be an excellent way to cut some costs for your Put-in-Bay trip. A flat screen television with DirecTV and comfortable couches are highlights of the living area. There are two sliding glass doors in the living room that let in ample natural light and provides a nice exit to the patio. There is room for two vehicles in the brick driveway.

Don’t try to get help from management.
We arrived on a Fri and realized that one of the patio doors didn’t lock. We contacted the front office 5 times over 2 hours to try and get someone to come look at it. They never came by or contacted us. We had to put the patio furniture and inside furniture against the door to help keep it a little secure for us to leave. We called several times on Saturday and the same, no one to looked at it or contacted us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean but lacked cleaning supplies like dish drainer, a broom and dust pan, ALL beds were very uncomfortable, worn out and aweful, we have stayed in much better places there then the two house we rented, Dottie who runs the place is AWESOME!

The Island Club Condos are the place to stay when on the island! Central location, close to the Miller Ferry, and downtown. Great energy and vibe by all who stay at this location!
