About Sandeep Nanda

I grew up in Dallas and have lived all over the world. I went to Yale university and the Kellogg school of Management at Northwestern University.

Most recently i lived in Las Vegas where i was the Vice president of National Marketing at the Cosmopolitan. I moved to Austin because i enjoy the hospitality industry and it was a chance to work for myself.

I have been married since December 2003 and i have a son who was born in 2005.

Clean and neat with an AWESOME location!

Inviting condo with plenty of space for two! Attended conference down town and couldn't beat location. The only thing we didn't love was the spiral staircase up to 2nd bedroom/loft. Excellent communication regarding directions and departure. Great suggestions of local fare. Overall good experience. Thanks!

Great Condo! Highly Recommend

The property looked exactly as advertised. It was clean, well maintained, and perfectly situated for any activities at the Austin Convention Center. The Austin Stays people were ready to help us with any questions we had. We had trouble using the cable TV and they responded almost immediately to our inquiry and got our issue resolved. The free gated parking spot was really handy. Parking is at a premium in downtown Austin. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Location!

This was a great stay for a wedding we attended in Austin. The place comfortably fit 5 people. The apartment was clean and well kept. The only downside is the bathroom is in the main bedroom but other than that all the amenities needed for a trip was provided in the condo. The owner was very responsive when we needed a garage door opener for the parking space available. He was able to provide one within hours.

The location was within walking distance to the Congress Bridge, 6th Street and Rainey Street. Had a lot of great restaurants around the place as well. I would stay here again and reccomend it to anyone needing a place in Austin. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location!

The condo is clean and comfortable. It had all the basics that you'd need for a short trip. The location is ideal if you don't want to drive. You can walk to tons of restaurants and sights (6th street, Congress Bridge). And if you do want to drive, it's great to have a dedicated parking spot.

Great condo near convention center

Three of us decided to rent a condo instead of staying at a hotel for our recent conference at the Convention Center and this condo fit the bill perfectly. It was convenient and well-appointed. I would have given a 5 star rating except that the other tenants returning home from late night bar-hopping were quite noticeable. Beds were comfortable, rooms a bit warm.

Basic but great location.

We picked this place because of the location. Central to everything around 6th street. We were there for a bachelor party. The place was very basic.- it's a good place to crash. But, don't expect anything more. The hot water heater had an issue, which led to cold showers. But it was fixed quickly. Someone came by the same day to check it out. I would stay here again with my guy friends. But I'd find somewhere nicer if I came to Austin with my wife.
