Plenty of sun bathing chairs surrounding the beautiful resort sized pool are at the center of the immaculate lawn. Other amenities include a tennis court, a fitness center, a clubhouse, underground parking and almost 500 ft of unobstructed views and deeded beach access. During Spring Break and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. All other times there is a 3 night minimum. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
