• The waterside screened porch is very large and includes chairs, rockers, and table that seats 6. Ping Pong Table, Roadrunner with wireless, Kayak, Bicycles, Digital 1000 Cable TV in every bedroom,Refrigerator with icemaker, Extra Full Refrigerator under house in Garage. Linens are not included, but can be added economically from a local service. Pillows and bedspreads and blankets are included. No Smoking-No Pets There is no housekeeping service like a hotel, but included in the price is an end-of-stay cleaning, which is primarily a sanitary service. House guests are responsible to tidy house and take out trash and have dishwasher started when they walk out the door.
