About this property

Gorgeous corner unit on the 19th floor in the Tresor Tower just completely remodeled. 1 Master BR and 2 full bath 980 sq. ft with full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 balconies, Two high definition LCD tv's, wireless internet and pull out double sofa in living room. I will beat any reasonable price quoted for a similar unit.
Our Prices Vary from week to week, on busy weekends and holidays prices do go up.

My cancellation policy is as follows:
I will provide a full refund of any deposit assuming you provide me with at least 30 days notice prior to your arrival date. Refunds for cancellations within 30 days notice will be provided if I re-book the suite at the same rate and duration of the stay. Please consider travel insurance which includes COVID cancellation.

Rates quoted are an estimate and vary based on length of stay and availability. Stays of less than 7 nights will likely result in a rate greater than what is shown. In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request.
Cleaning will be $205 for departure cleaning and at your option $95 per interim cleaning. Payments made via credit card or vrbo will incur a 4% fee.

Another great stay

This property has never failed me and this trip was no different as the unit we stayed in was on par with the exceptional quality of the Fontainebleau. The renovated rooms give a nice fresh feeling and our host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view, perfect stay

Host was amazing in communicating with questions at the time of booking in this last minute rental we made. 100% would book this rental again if staying at the FB. Loved have 2 showers and the jacuzzi for our family of 4. Pull out couch did fit 12 and 10 year old - a little tight, but no complaints. Very clean and housekeeping was responsive for extra blanket. So happy we found this stay!!! Will be back.

Great stay!

This unit was in a great location with 2 balconies and it had been recently remodeled. It was clean and spacious and a much better value than staying in the hotel!
