Hi there, this location is close to all the amenities I feel are a great asset to any family vacation. Sidewalks now run down thomas drive, so you can walk to scooter rentals, miniature golf, resturants, ms. newbys, etc. When staying at a condo it will take you just as long to get to the beach as it would if you stayed at my home, private #19 beach access, close to super walmart, walking distance to many resturants, quiet private subdivision but close to it all. My home is on a full size lot, spacious inside and outside, the home is designed for medium size families and in a subdivision populated by mixed long term and short term residents.
What makes this house unique
Hi there I got tired of condominiums and all of their rules and regulations, I am a pet owner and felt the need for my pets and my renters pets to be able to run freely. My home caters to medium size families and it is a shame for children to have to be restricted to use of the pool and the backyard. In condos children have to be supervised constantly and to me that is not a relaxing vacation. Same for pets, especially during summer heat, they do not want to be on a leash when they want to go potty. My home you can park in the driveway and walk into the home, condos you have to park in first come first serve parking space, travel up elevators dealing with drunks and cigarette smoke and bad language. My guests can enjoy all the comforts of their own home while in florida, they have their own private beach access that is usually quiet with the local owners and vacationers. I also offer my home to couples wanting beach weddings, they can have a private ceremony on the beach and walk back to my home and use my home for their reception. My home is great for family get togethers, in fall/winter solar heated screened in pool. so great in summer with no bugs, beautiful outdoor plants in pool area, rose, flowering plants in garden
