Otimo localização

A localizacao é otimo e fica dentro de um condominio completo. O apt é bom, mas tem muitos moveis velhos, um guarda roupa cheio de mofo, completamente desnecessário. Se o espaco estivesse mais "clean" seria melhor. O colchao é ruim e so tem 1 quarto e um espaco tipo corredor com uma beliche

fiz a locação do imovel e foi tudo perfeito conforme combinamos, proprietario sempre atencioso prestativo e acima de tudo muito honesto. a casa tem tudo o que precisar, muito bem estruturado. ferias perfeita. recomendo!!!
