Awesome Location & Affordable- Walk to the beach - Cool Fishing Theme

Enjoy a great affordable vacation on the world's most beautiful beaches!
Located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood, a VERY short walk to the beach. Only ONE BLOCK. Bring your furry friend too!

Very convenient 2 car parking space in front of the house! This house is a 2 story townhouse that has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dinning area downstairs. There is also a half bath downstairs.
The living room has a TV with YouTube TV and Roku for your entertainment.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main bedroom has a King Size bed, L-shaped closet and french doors that open to a nice balcony with peek-a-boo gulf views perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or a nice breeze and sunsets in the evening!!

The second bedroom has two queen beds.

At the back, the house there is a storage room with a beach chairs, cooler and some a beach cart to help get your stuff to the beach. There is also a charcoal grill perfect for your bbq's after the perfect beach day (guests provide charcoal and fluid)
Our guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets or sunrises from their own balcony or from the beach, only a 2 minute walk.
Perfect location for fishing lovers as this area of the beach doesn't get too busy.

The Sunnyside Grill, a local place across the street, has fantastic and affordable breakfast and lunch. The Carousel Supermarket is very close and has a great wine selection. And Pier Park with all its amenities is only 5 miles away. 30A is just over the bridge too.

No smoking allowed. Pets are allowed upon request. Kids are welcome.Guests over 25 are welcome.

Quick beach stay

House was hot due to a/c being turned way up. Shower was super slow to drain. The house wasn’t very clean. Great location but the house needs a lot of love

Renting a vacation place ❤️

We had a great time here, loved the neighborhood and location to the beach. Our dog had a great time as well. The place is pretty much equipped with anything you need. Thanks for a great vacation.

Nice place

We had a really nice time here. The property owners were very responsive to messages and phone calls. The neighborhood is nice and it is quite an easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed being able to use the provided beach cart and chairs. There were just two negative things. I felt that the “Gulf views” description was a little misleading, because we could maybe catch a tiny glimpse of blue water from the balcony between all the other buildings. The other was that when I messaged the property owner about a couple of issues, she didn’t really help us much. She didn’t know how to work the tv to use the DVD player, she didn’t know how to change the burned out light bulb (it was an unusual fixture and we couldn’t figure out how to open it), and she said she would send their handyman to fix the floor air vent cover in the bathroom, but he never came. Overall, these were minor issues, though. We were thankful to be there!

Perfect for our family.

We loved it. Very close to downtown PCB but not in the middle of all the madness. Beaches were not crowded and the walk to the beach was a lot shorter than I expected. We had a blast and will definitely be staying again.

Just as described

My family and I had a fabulous vacation staying at this condo. It was exactly as pictured, we barely needed or wanted for anything because the owners had everything there. It was close enough to the city that we enjoyed that aspect, but we also had a lot of privacy on the beach!

I'm from Spain and my husband is American. We love to travel and we know what makes a good rental. We actually have 3 vacation rentals in Florida and one in Puerto Rico which we bought when we lived in the Virgin Islands for a couple of years.

Why they chose this property

We love the West End of PCB because it is quiet and family friendly. But Pier Park is only 5 miles to the East and 30A is only 5 miles to the west.

What makes this property unique

Very peaceful area of PCB, close to all the action, but away from the noise. See the ocean from the balcony and know that beach is just a 2 minute walk! You will always feel that you have plenty of space for you on this part of the beach.
