This huge waterfront estate sits on five acres and boasts four + 1 bedrooms and six baths. It was created with a series of pavilions, peaked roofs, water gardens and bridges. Unique in its design, this home is graceful with it easy flow between indoors and out. Just steps to the water, the estate shares 8 miles of private beach with its two sister villas, Serenity and Tranquility. These three estates can be rented together to create a massive compound with fourteen bedrooms, three pools, a tennis court and full time staff of eighteen; perfect for destination weddings or corporate retreats. The six thousand square foot main pavilion houses the great room with glass doors and wrap around verandah. Polished white Jamaican marble, rich mahogany wood, art and antiques all come together in timeless sophistication to create an atmosphere of quiet opulence. Outdoor living opportunities abound as each pavilion boasts its own sumptuously furnished outdoor seating area and panoramic ocean views across immaculately manicured lawns. The estate kitchen is fit for a professional and indeed, is run by one, the estate’s own gourmet chef who sees to it that meals are served on the veranda overlooking the vies, the pool site shaded terrace or the formal dining room as desired by guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, three walls of louvered mahogany doors, a private verandah and two bathrooms; one of which boasts a seven foot circular sunken marble tub and shower. Bedrooms two and three have king size beds, mahogany doors that open to private porches and en suite baths with sunken tubs. The fourth bedroom is located in the pool cottage and comes complete with a living groom wet bar, verandah and access to the pool terrace. The bedroom features a king size bed and there are two twin beds in the open air living area. There are two bathrooms in the cottage with walk in showers and lovely ocean vistas. Family friendly, the expansive grounds host croquet, badminton and volleyball as well as gardens and the large freeform private pool. Noble House shares a large expanse of private, shallow, sandy beachfront with its two sister villas. Montego Bay and the airport are only 20 minutes away. Fully staffed, family retreats or large gatherings are effortless as well.
We just returned from our wonderful week at Noble House. None of the descriptions prepared us for this fabulous experience. We have never felt as pampered and cared for as we did this week.
As we were leaving, it felt as if we were leaving a family behind. The staff had become friends during our week and it was difficult to leave them. We have already emailed a couple of times to send back pictures and let them know we had arrived home safely. They are wonderful people and do their jobs so well.
There were many highlights from the trip, but I think the food service was probably at the very top. Chef Jerome did an outstanding job of creating beautiful meals for us, even making sure there was something special for the kids every day. The place-settings were always lovely and well thought out. We will all need to lose a few pounds over the coming weeks as we get back to normal eating.
We had a great meal on the beach one evening to celebrate birthdays and our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Fresh lobster from the local fishermen and great steaks were just a part of the meal. Then the surprise was a beautiful birthday cake to top it off. It was a night to remember!!
Our family always felt secure at the house and on the road with our trusty driver. The security guards made rounds to check on everything. We were able to set up a couple of fishing expeditions for the family with some of the locals.
The house staff was so accommodating, as well. Having our laundry just "show up" every day, wrapped in a beautiful cloth, topped with a flower, was the icing on the cake. Knowing that we had that service allowed us to pack lighter than normal. Since we had a baby with us, it really helped his mom keep plenty of clean clothes at all times.
The way the house is laid out was perfect. The pool house really fit our family's needs. My son and his wife and kids used the pool house, and the other adults used the main house. The staff even kept the air conditioning going during the day for the baby's naps.
We used the kayaks and the snorkel gear and the pool quite a bit. They even had lots of toys at the pool for the kids.
As for the other bedrooms and living spaces, we enjoyed them all. These were definitely 5-star accommodations, much nicer than we even imagined.
We all want to go back to Noble House some day.
