Our house is a private 3 bed, 2 bath villa located in the heart of Palm Beach.

You cannot think of a better location for this property. The house is tucked away in a quiet street right behind the high-rise hotels. Spacious and fully fenced backyard offers a lot of privacy. You are minutes away from all of the restaurants, casinos and all of the entertainment. It is is also a walking distance to one of the largest supermarkets on the island, Super Foods.

We recommend renting a car. It is the best way to explore the island! Do not miss a trip to Baby Beach, Mangel Halto and Boca Catalina. These are our favorite snorkeling and swimming spots. Beach is a walkable distance 15-20 min to get to Eagle Beach. By Super Foods, cross LG Smith Blvd near to Tropicana Resort. There is a path that will take you straight to Eagle Beach.

- FREE high speed Wi-Fi (Of course we would prefer you to unplug completely and forget about work. But if you still need to work remotely, why not doing so by the poolside while sipping on mojitos (shh! we wont tell anyone:-)) promise!

- Families with kids are welcome! please do bring your kiddos!! We love them, Pack-n-play , a high chair and beach toys are available for our younger guests.

- Fully Air Conditioned house. All rooms have inverter A/C units which are energy efficient in cool down rooms in minutes.

-- Hot water. We have on demand water heater installed.

- Free Mid-Stay Complimentary Maid service for guests staying with us 7 nights or longer
Our housekeeper lives right around the corner. She will be there if you need anything!

-- Balcony with the views of high-rise hotels furnished with patio furniture

-- Garden!!!!! If you are booking May-July that means that our mango tree will be producing a ton of fruit! Please do help yourself! Mangoes are delicious! We also planted papaya and bananas! We will be ready to harvest in a couple of years. Cant's wait!

*Electricity charge: $7-10 per day. We have an electricity meter installed in the house. Our housekeeper will explain how to buy electricity and will send a reminder to reload the meter

*Our housekeeper will go over meter readings with you at check in/out, and collect from you any additional utilities fees

San Miguel

Very quiet neighborhood, but close to everything, between Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. Great restaurants nearby. Housekeeper was very attentive, and owner was responsive and helpful. Pool is a bit small, but comfortable lounge chairs and clean. Home has everything needed for a wonderful 10 day stay!

Property was even better than the pictures show. Fabulous well-appointed home in a great location near Superfood grocery stores, beaches and restaurants. We had a rental car which made getting around easier, but a car is not necessary. We enjoyed the private back yard with double doors on the main floor that open to the pool and covered patio. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. We are definitely planning for our next stay here!

Great Owner

I want to start by saying Ksenia and Nuris were great. They were quick to reply and Nuris helped me greatly throughout our stay. Now the unfortunate part. When we arrived the trash had not been emptied from the previous stay. Overall, the place was not clean. The pictures did not match what we walked into. Yes, they were taken of the same place, but clearly they were taken when the house was perhaps newer. We never had a hot shower our entire stay. The heater on the dryer did not work either. I would not stay here every again due to the cleanliness, and the two other incidents involving the hot water and dryer. However, again, I must say that the owner and Nuris went above and beyond in communication. Hopefully the pictures get updated to reflect the true look of the property.

Great house and location

We loved staying at this house. There were 6 of us and the house was spacious enough to feel comfortable. The house is conveniently located to Super Foods grocery store and just minutes from both Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. We rented a car for the week and made day trips to both the north end (Tres Trapi) and south end (Baby Beach). The weather was quite warm during our week in mid-May but we are used to heat being from the Southeastern USA. We used the A/C a good bit. As a result we spent around $80 on electricity. We turned off the A/C anytime we left the house. With 6 adults we also used a good bit of water and paid $50 extra for water usage. It was totally worth it for these added utility charges. The outdoor grill and washer/dryer came in handy. Pool was very nice. Annie was helpful during check-in. Aruba is indeed one happy island!

Great Property!

This was our first trip to Aruba and feel very fortunate to have found this property. Close to everything but very private. Annie the housekeeper helped us get checked in on the first day and everything went very smooth. Our kids loved the pool. You won't be disappointed!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! I cannot imagine a better location for our home. The house is approximately 1.5 km (1 mile) from the beach.(15 min walking to Eagle Beach). It is a walking distance to Super Foods (7 min walk). The store has everything that you can think of! It is also a short drive (2 minutes) to downtown Palm Beach. You are in the heart of everything!
