Photos and Description of this Santa Fe holiday house

One King Master, One Queen With 2nd Bathroom Open Space Concept (Sleeps 6)

You do not get much more Santa Fe style than in this charming house just a 13 minute walk (.6 miles) North of the towns historic center, the Plaza. A traditional Kiva fireplace accents the living room. Covered viga ceilings and tile floors grace your home. Hand trolled plaster walls add to the warmth of Casa Kiva. So lovingly furnished and appointed, you are going to feel incredibly comfortable in your home away from home. Casa Kiva is flooded with natural light in every direction (one of the advantages of newer construction in Santa Fe) The open floor plan invites family and friends to gather in comfort. The living room is open to the kitchen and dinning room yet tastefully divided at the same time. There is a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The Master has a king-bed with a full bath and the second bathroom has a King bed with a full bath near-by in the hallway. Beautiful linens, high-end leather furnishings help you know you are a special guest in this home. Not to many Santa Fe homes can boast a carport, but this one does. How about a flat screen TV in every room! French doors open to the back yard which is spacious, secluded and inviting. You will have to sacrifice a dinner in one of our fine restaurants to barbecue on the gas grill for some fresco dinning.

About Two Casitas, Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, Wendy Kapp

A note from Wendy Kapp- Owner of Two Casitas Santa Fe Vacation Rentals

Having been raised in Chicago, my soul longed for the massive blue skies and mountains I first saw when my mother, well-known watercolor artist Phyllis Kapp of Waxlander Gallery, introduced me to this magnificent area when I was 6 years old.

While returning west in 1975, I came through Santa Fe and fell in love with Northern New Mexico once again. I found the people here, especially back in '75, to be the most authentic people I had ever met and I decided to make Santa Fe my home. My extensive knowledge from living here for since 1975 makes me the perfect, local hostess to give you tips on making your stay memorable. I hope you come to love Santa Fe and, in-turn Two Casitas, as much as I do.

Why Two Casitas, Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, Wendy Kapp chose New Mexico

Location, location, location is why I chose these homes; walk everywhere.

What makes this house unique

When you stay with Two Casitas you stay like a local, not like a tourist, and experience Santa Fe like you live here. Who knows, maybe you will someday!

I loved the Kiva Casita.....

  • 5 of 5

The Kiva Casita is located on a quiet street close to the center of Santa Fe's art museums and restaurants. It is a beautiful, well-maintained casita with two lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. The casita has a well-appointed kitchen with new appliances and all you need to prepare a meal at home. The property managers are very helpful and go out of their way to insure you have a great stay in Santa Fe. I highly recommend the Kiva Casita.

Charming Casita Close to Plaza

  • 5 of 5

We recently stayed 5 nights and found it to be such a relaxing and quiet place. The Casita was very clean and had all the little extra's that made our stay enjoyable. We did bring our own coffee but having half and half provided in the refrigerator was a plus. The place is decorated in the southwestern decor especially loved the gas Kiva. The skylights in both bathrooms a plus. No need to turn lights on in the morning. The location is very quiet. We did not get to enjoy the enclosed patio or the grill as we were always out and about. It's a short walk to the Plaza and to a really good French cafe. Only used our car to go to the Farmer's Market. Can't say enough good things about our stay. Highly recommend this charming Casita and would certainly love to stay again on a return trip.

Convenient location and easy to do biz with

  • 5 of 5

Two Casitas really made our trip easy. They sent us all the information needed, were very communicative to see if we had any questions or needed any help. The Kiva house was decorated very nicely and had all the amenities of home. It utilized a keypad, which was new to us at first, but really helped out when our group split up. The location is also great- so close to everything. Very happy with our choice.

Perfect, Clean, Live-Able!

  • 5 of 5

This house was FANTASTIC! The air conditioning worked perfectly, the backyard is adorable! The beds and bedding are so comfortable! The house has everything you need, but it is not cluttered, and there is lots of room for your own stuff! The walk to the Plaza/downtown area is super-easy, and there are other restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. The house is so clean, and everything works perfectly. Management is very responsive to any issues you may have as well.

Kiva Casita is outstanding

  • 5 of 5

Five star with plenty of room. Nice amenities. Clean, quiet, very comfortable, and a very safe feeling. Close enough to the square but far enough from the traffic. We highly recommend the Kiva.
