About this property

A spacious hilltop villa into an exclusive development with a stunning view to Dokos and Hydra Island. Decorated with exceptional taste, this elegant holiday retreat offers its guests a unique escape to peace and tranquility throughout the year. All interiors are designed and decorated to high end standards and the villa is equipped with all modern electrical appliances, as well as satellite TV and WiFi connection. An open plan kitchen is located on the ground floor alongside the living room. On the first floor each bedroom has its own bathroom, balcony and A/C, while the master bedroom has en suite office-dressing room and bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a splendid garden with a private swimming pool alongside a terracotta lounge terrace with sun loungers. The fully equipped pool house accommodates through its dining table eight persons, while its cosy lounge sitting area offers relaxation by the pool. The guests can also have fun after swimming with a late afternoon game of pool/snooker or an early dinner prepared at the stone barbeque. The extension guest house accommodates four persons with separate bathroom and small kitchenette facilities. A private gated parking for two cars is also provided; a pool person and gardener will take care of entire exterior areas to make your stay easy and comfortable. The villa is a short walk away from the sea and a secluded bay.

Wonderful space for a family

My family and I, 2 adults, 4 children (ages 17,15,14 & 12) have just spent an idyllic 11 days at Villa Phoenix. It is perfect for lazy days by the pool, as well as exploring the glorious area around Porto Heli and beyond. The Villa is clean and well equipped. Not everything is in perfect condition, but for me personally I don’t like staying in pristine places where you can’t relax and you’re constantly worried about breaking something! The pool area is fantastic. The pool is a good size and depth. The covered area with pool table and BBQ is where we spent many of our evenings looking out at the beautiful sea view. My older children loved staying in the pool house with their own rooms and bathroom. You have a lovely little cove just a few hundred yards from the Villa, and the stunning Kounoupi Beach about 5 minutes drive away. We went windsurfing and Scuba diving in Porto Heli, and took the short ferry journey over to Spetses for dinner one evening. All my contact with Peter was excellent, he responded to any questions I had very quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Villa Phoenix and will recommend it to friends and family.

Great location

Amazing outdoor space in a great location. Really enjoyed lazy mornings by the pool and exploring local beaches and restaurants in the afternoons and evenings - a car is a necessity. Very quiet. Couldn’t fault it!

Objekt gut - Lage gut - Kommunikation schlecht

Das Objekt ist größtenteils wie beschrieben. Eigentlich sehr schön und groß. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist schön ruhig. 2 min mit dem Auto ist eine sehr schöne, abgelegende Bucht. Wir waren fast immer ganz alleine dort. Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht man diverse Supermärkte. Wir hatten kein perönliches Check In. Die Schlüssel wurden für uns hinterlegt. Auch während unseres zwei wöchigen Aufenthalts, haben wir den Vermieter oder einen anderen Zuständigen nicht persönlich getroffen. Bei Ankunft durften wir das Haus (Bäder/Schlafräume/Küche/ Böden) erst einmal selber putzen. Nach 2 tägiger Anreise mit dem Auto sehr ärgerlich. Die Außenanlage war sauber. Die Bodenklappe zur Poolwasserpumpe neben dem Haus stand offen. Bei kleinen Kinder lebensgefährlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist für uns sehr enttäuschend. Uns wurde nicht gesagt, dass 2x die Woche Leute für Pool und Garten kommen. Dann kamen nach 1 Woche zwei Damen, gingen einfach ins Haus (ohne ein Wort mit uns zu reden) und räumten hin und her, "machten sauber". Die Damen sprachen nur griechisch (die einzige Sprache die wir nicht sprechen). Wir waren froh, dass wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt anwesend waren und nicht auf einen Ausflug. Soetwas ist ein absolutes NoGo. Es können nicht einfach Personen ein und ausgehen, während das Objekt vermietet ist. Zudem sind wir mit einem Hund (Goldador 2 Jahre) angereist. Das der Vermieter dort FreiKatzen hält, hätte man erwähnen müssen.

Une semaine à Porto Heli

La villa de l’extérieur est très belle avec la vue et la piscine qui sont splendides. Localisation générale accès barbecue garage etc. au top. En revanche pour ce qui est de l‘intérieur la villa est vieillissante et mal entretenue (ex: une porte de placard de la cuisine manquait, la hotte ne marchait pas, la buanderie était un amoncellement d’objets salles), le nettoyage laisse à désirer et l’état des salles de bains est limite. Pour une semaine hors saison ce n’était pas dramatique mais par rapport au prix payé ce n’est pas correct. Idem pour la dépendance qui sert de dépôt de rangement et de chambre additionnelle… nous avons passé une très bonne semaine mais je pense que c’est important de signaler cela pour les futurs locataires qui seront peut être mois tolérants et avec des prix en saison (encore) plus élevés. A noter le manque d’explication à l’arrivée nous avons du allumer nous meme le chauffe eau alors que l’arrivée avait été communiquée a l’avance…

Well...there is a sea breeze around 11:30 am that makes you feel on top of the world, while you are on vacation! The premises are designed by a top architect and combine an impressive pool house for use around the clock along with a cottage which is the children's paradise with bunk beds and more! The pool offers an unobstructed view of the sea as well as the pine tree forest. The jacuzzi is ready to get you relaxed when you are in the mood. All in all, a villa well equipped and updated to make you feel relaxed and give you the chance to enjoy your vacation in a great area such as Porto Heli.
