This is a traditional stone home with a large terrace overlooking the picturesque Adriatic Sea. The home is located in Lapad, which is a quiet and quaint area of the city of Dubrovnik. Its accommodations are modernly equipped to provide a comfortable experience and an unforgettable stay during your vacation.
The home itself has three bedrooms – two bedrooms are equipped with double beds while the third has one single bed. There are also two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living and a dining room with direct access to a large terrace which measures 80 square meters.
The terrace, with its large size and potential for activities, is a separate part of the home where one can easily spend an entire day. There is a covered lounge area featuring lounge chairs and table along with a barbecue grill which is ideal for preparing and serving grilled specialties. Great place to see and explore Dubrovnik from

Our first time in Dubrovnik, we chose the Lapad area deliberately to get away from the Old Town part of the city. The whole of Dubrovnik is spectacular to experience and very easy to get around, so this apartment down near the Marina was in an excellent location, close to grocery stores and bus routes. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and we were met by Mato's lovely mother who introduced us to the city and the apartment. Would highly recommend the apartment and hosts! Keep in mind that the Marina itself is undergoing a fairly large scale redevelopment until late 2023 so road access is a bit hampered by the construction work. It should look amazing once finished.

Beautiful house in excellent location

Beautiful, immaculately clean house with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Mato & his mum were very friendly & helpful. We loved sitting on the balcony watching all the cruise ships coming in & out. Lots of good restaurants shops & beaches within walking distance without having to go into the craziness of old town. We are a family of six adults, had plenty of space in the house & really enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing accommodation in Dubrovnik

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon in Dubrovnik and we had a fantastic stay! The house had all the amenities we required and the terrace was an amazing place to sit and have drinks while watching the cruise ships. It is easy to get to Old Town via the city bus network and it is a short walk to the nearest bus station. Mato was very friendly and equally amazing - he organised for our hire car to be picked up from the house when we arrived and arranged a transfer to the airport on our departure. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for accommodation in Dubrovnik!

Family vacation

The house was clean, comfy beds, nice showers. Walking distance to market and good restaurants. There was street noise, which was to be expected. Also, construction right outside but it didn't make it hard to get around. Loved the water views and city lights across the bay.

Beautiful home in a great location

The apartment is beautiful. Spotlessly clean with every amenity you could possibly want right down to the panini maker. We spent most of our time outside on the terrace overlooking the harbor. We also appreciated the location away from the masses in the old city but within easy reach by the number 6 bus for 2 euros. There are some lovely restaurants nearby and a number of beaches tied together by a walking path along the water. There is construction underway outside the apartment which once completed will make this property even more special. Thank you for everything Mato.
