The property was top notch, short walk to downtown and the Gulch. Once inside, we were very impressed. We kept hearing about the Gulch from other Travelers, is is very nice, but expensive. Look at the yelp reviews before you sit down to dine. Totally different vibe then all the Honkey Tonks.
Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous. Very clean, comfortable beds. Walking distance to many site seeing spots.
The location for us was fantastic. About a 15-20 minute walk to Broadway but also to the Gulch and other areas we wanted to see. Or a $5 Uber ride to anywhere. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a pull out couch for 5 people. It's so worth the money to have 2 bathrooms. The price was still much less than staying in Downtown Nashville hotels. The condo itself was a little beat up. Beds could be replaced. You can tell it's a rental and has the basic trim without upgraded features but it's still very clean and had the same amenities as a hotel room which makes it great for people flying into town.
It was as advertised. Great room! Great location! We are looking forward to our next trip to Nashville. We will be certainly staying here again.
Four of us gathered in Nashville for a long weekend and decided to rent an apartment so we would have a kitchen and two bathrooms. It was a great choice. This apartment felt safe and secure. It is well outfitted, albeit fairly simple. At least they leave toilet paper and paper towels for you, which is nice. The kitchen is stocked enough to do simple things like make eggs, coffee, toast, etc and soap to wash dishes/use dishwasher. It was sufficient for us but probably not for anyone looking to make a big meal. Both bathrooms were a nice size and had large walk in closets, so we didn't feel cramped in any way. The gym was great and the pool area was very pretty, although we didn't use it. The kitchen/living/dining area was a good size and it was nice having a little deck overlooking the pool. It's the perfect size for 4 adults. I didn't hear the train that people have mentioned, but my friends noticed. But I live in NYC so used to a lot of noise. The location was really easy for us. About a 20 minute walk to lower Broadway where all the bars were or a $5 uber drive (and they always arrive quickly). Walking to the main part of the Gulch where the restaurants and shops were took 10 minutes and was nice. Only negatives of the apartment were it could use a couple more towels so we didn't have to worry about washing them. In addition, the bathroom floors could have been better cleaned from the evidence of past guests. All in all a great spot that we will return to on our next trip.
The property itself was very clean and the amenities are abundant. The problem with the complex is that if there is a problem on a weekend there is no one to fix it. We had smoke detectors going off from low batteries and had to take them down manually. We also had a bathroom tub that was clogged with 4 inches of water in it and it never did drain. We actually tried plunging it ourselves and that did not work! We called and they said that no one was able to fix it because they don't work on the weekends. It may seem like a small inconvenience, but it was a problem. Not sure if we would go back!
The location of this unit was Great. It was very easy and safe to walk to all the bars and back. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials to cook if we wanted.Overall the stay was great.
