Steep stairs to bedroom

There is a very steep starway to the attic bedroom. Older people may find this stairway a challenge

Great place close to the station and the heart of beautiful Florence.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. There's a kitchen so you can save on eating out, there's a laundry in the building which I made use of, and the air-conditioning works very well. On the day I checked in I arrived quite early in the morning and this wasn't a problem at all. I let Enrica know what time I was arriving and she waited at the apartment for me. This was great as I had never been to Florence before and almost walked past the place. I was really grateful for this gesture. All in all it was an absolute pleasure to stay here and I would definitely stay here again on any return visit to Florence. I highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous Small Apt gray area!

Great location, walk to all the sites, shopping, restaurants it is all right there surrounding the Apt. Nice clean small Apt, the building has a Lift. The small Kitchen was lacking basic cooking utilities. It could be more equipped, needs a larger fry pan, couple pots. A toaster, would be great just for cooking breakfast or a small meal to have a break from restaurants every night. Other wise nice place to stay. Nice host! We enjoyed our stay!

Could not have been better!

Let’s start with our host Enrica. To say she went out of her way to be helpful would be a gross understatement. She went way beyond what anyone would or could expect! The flat was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the living space was more than adequate, the bathroom was spotless and the small kitchenette had a refrigerator, stovetop, sink and microwave oven. Dishes, pots, pans and utensils all there if you needed them. Oh, and a TV, if you could find the time to waste while in Florence. On top of all of this, the flat is in the most convenient spot…walking distance to everything one would want to see in the city and restaurants on every street. We are 72 years old and don’t move around as good as we used to so this is the place to stay if you’re young or, like us, not so young anymore.
