Golden bear lodge Ohio's 5000+ square foot cabin is nestled amongst 65 wooded acres. Whether your headed to the lodge for a romantic getaway, family outing, or corporate retreat our management team is dedicated to making sure your stay is amazing. Kids love the amazing game room which includes pool table, air hockey, basketball shooting game, arcade games, etc and adults will enjoy the executive poker table, hot tub, and 2 story fireplace. Did we mention the catch and release fishing pond or the miles of hiking trails?

Great Property

Gathered family for viewing the 2024 solar eclipse. Great location, good views of the sky, beautiful property and very clean, functional house.

Everything we expected

Had a staff weekend at the lodge. Everyone had such a great time. With a large group of 18 we never felt cramped as the place is HUGE! This is our second year staying here. Honestly it checks all of our boxes and will probably be the site for our next staff appreciation weekend. Julie was very responsive and made the stay from start to finish very pleasant. Highly recommend!

We had the best stay at this cabin! The grounds were absolutely beautiful land cabin was super clean and lots of room. Will definitely stay here again!!

Coming Back Next Year

From the moment we all arrived (12 adults, 1 3.5 year old & one 18 month old) we just knew we had to come back. Picturesque setting in the middle of the woods, so much room to roam, set up the volleyball net, swim, fish, and have fires at night. Well appointed home with everything you need right at your finger tips. You can tell they put a lot of thought and love into this home! You won't be sorry you stayed. We will be back next year! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!
