Perfect location!

We had a wonderful experience from check in to checkout. Craig was extremely helpful. The property was clean and roomy. It was a perfect location with great views. We enjoyed the clubhouse pool and laundry facilities. Our family would rent again if we are ever in the area!

Amazing-Beautiful Condo

  • 5 of 5

My wife was the first to enter the condo on Thursday evening: she text me and said, "this is beautiful, the decorations are unbelievable, wait until you see our bedroom!" My wife is a horseback rider and all the neat decorations focusing on horse attire. The place had everything that one needed to cook, relax, watch a movie or even a soccer game on Sunday morning (Chelsea and Everton).

Looking out the window was spectacular, the mountains, the reservoir, and even a fox running through the property. The clubhouse was a good place to go for a whirlpool after fishing all day. Fishing was good on the rivers around Silverthorne. The ladies enjoyed visiting Frisco and Breckinridge and glass blowing studio. They loved it!

Thank you Craig for making your place so comfortable for our family! We highly recommend your place for anyone who loves the mountains, skiing, fishing, hiking, or any outdoor activity and a place to just relax!

Fantasic mountain lodging!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed at this condo twice this winter, in February for 4 nights and April for 3 nights. We live in Denver and go on many weekends around the state, and this is a fantastic value for all that it offers. We also stayed here in September a few years ago, and that's when you can really appreciate the view from the balcony and cooking on the grill. All that we love:

* The right amount of space between the loft and the downstairs. We had 7 people for 1 visit, including 2 kids, and 5 adults for the other visit. For adults, there are 5 beds and comfortable sleeping for up to 7; the loft is great for a couple of adults, but several children for families.

* 3 bathrooms, including the loft

* Great location; the view is great, and a good central location for the tri-cities and skiing at Keystone, ABasin, Breck, Copper, Vail and BC... between 20 minutes and 1 hour drives.

* The living room and eating area give plenty of space for relaxing with a large table for eating and playing games. Video games in the loft for the kids.

* An excellent clubhouse with indoor pool and 2 indoor hot tubs; billiards table in classy lounge area with big screen TV, comfortable furniture and bar setup. Foosball, ping pong table and even racquetball court. This is about 200 feet from the condo, door to door.

* Convenient parking next to the condo building.

Craig has been easy to rent from and can be flexible for requests.

We are looking at a place to purchase ourselves in the area, and this would be at the top of our search. If we could have it all:

* Less hike up the steps to the condo... but the view is worth it

* Outdoor hot tubs in the winter

* Covered/indoor parking

How many bears?

  • 5 of 5

This is my family's 6th time to the Silverthorne area for skiing. It was THE BEST spot yet.

My boys loved the loft and their own bathroom.

My mother-in-law had her own room and bathroom.

My wife and I also had our own room, bathroom and deck.

Here is a question? How many BEARS are in the kitchen, living room and hallway? We had a family contest. I don't want to tell you because it's a fun game. There are a lot. (I did not count the rooms or the 4 teddy bears my kids brought.

The condo was safe, clean and there was room for more. My kids loved the dart guns and I got to crush my kids at old school Madden on the Game Cube.

The pictures do not do it justice.

The clubhouse was great too.

I look forward to next year.

5 Star.
