10 minutes from airport . Newly remodeled modern studio. Gated 24 hour security. Direct beach access. 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and basketball courts on premise. Walking distance to all the nightlife and restaurants. Right next door to the San Juan Hotel and Casino.

CONDO LOCATION:

The condo is located at Coral Beach Building one of the nicest beachfront condominiums in Isla Verde Avenue and by far the best location of all.

Location Amenities:

• Gated beachfront building with 24 hour security

• Lots of restaurants and nightlife options a few steps away

• Next door to the Intercontinental Hotel and the San Juan Hotel & Casino

• Strip mall with Mini Market, ATM and restaurants across the street

• 24-hour Walgreens one block away

• 24-hour Charlie Car Rental one block away

• 24-hour Supermarket ~ 5 minute walk

• Various trendy beach bars a few steps. Ciao Mediterraneo Intercontinental Bar next door

• Watersports rentals a few steps away (wave runners, kayaks, parasail, and banana boats among others)

• Surfing Lessons ~ 10 minute walk

• Bike Rental ~ 5 minute walk

• Isla Verde is the nicest beach of San Juan ~ the place to see and be seen

TRANSPORTATION:

• No need to rent a car…. But if you do parking spot #51 is assigned to you

• Everything is within very easy and safe walking distance (day and night)

• Public bus to Old San Juan stops in our building

• 10 minute drive from airport with absolutely no airport noise

• To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street

* You will not want to stay anywhere else and then have to travel by car at night, even on small distances, because you end up in a condo in a small very quiet nearby street, or on the other very quiet side of Isla Verde (next to the Ritz and the Courtyard Marriott). Only the condos on Isla Verde Ave. that are near the Intercontinental and El San Juan Hotel are the ones you can truly walk to/from at any time of the day AND night, even with small children. This area of Isla Verde Ave has lots of light at night, security and tourists walking around at all times, yet our condo is very quiet, you will not hear any street noise.

DAY TRIPS ACTIVITIES:

• Stroll along El Yunque Forest numerous trails that lead you to stunning waterfalls

• Zoom through amazing lush tropical mountains in zip lines for all ages and ability levels

• Paddle through calm and enchanting mangrove island forests

What makes this condo unique

In my opinion, this location is the best complex in the area. You are safe and secure in this condominium complex with gated 24 hr security. The complex is well maintained and it is right on the beach. Location is 10 minutes from the airport and it is located in the heart of San Juan. Right next to the well renowned San Juan Hotel and Casino. The amenities of this complex makes this location a great stay.

Excellent space, great service

This is my second time staying here in 2 years. Antonio is beyond accommodating and hospitable. He met us at 1am when we landed just to greet us and let us in to the property - with suggestions around what to do and where to go. The condo is located right on the beach with all of the amenities you could need from the gym to the sizable pool. Will absolutely continue to book when I travel to PR.

Excellent!

Everything was exactly as portrayed. We appreciated the good service from the owner. The beach chairs were a pleasant surprise and much used. I loved having laundry machines in the condo. They are a big time saver. Who wants to waste time in a coin operated laundry room?

We would recommend this condo to anyone. It is clean, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery are new. The bed and sheets are in good condition.

We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you Tony.

Coral Beach Condo

Myself ,wife and our son stayed at the Coral Beach condo for four nights from 22 Dec 2015. It was a very pleasant experience from the moment we got in touch with Mr Antonio the owner. He was waiting for us at the gate of the condo even though it was well past 10'O clock in the evening and we were delayed by more than 5 hours . He was patient enough to answer all our questions and show the condo. The condo on the 9th floor it self was well maintained with a full kitchenette and good stock of essential things like salt,pepper, ketchups , washing materials, kitchen utensils etc.

The Isla Verde beach was just a few steps down from the back door of the condo . We also enjoyed the very clean swimming pool of the condo. There is no need of a taxi if one want to move around the San Juan town. The local buses are available from near the condo. The San Juan Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is just 10 minutes by cab from the condo . Supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, car rentals and other shops are all within walking distance from the Coral Beach Condo.

Great location

Everything in walking distance no car needed. It is an incredible experience to be abl to just walk onto the beach from your beautiful clean cozy condo. Pool was refreshing after the hot sun. Our second visit here and will come back every time.

Great little condo with all the amenities! We were out and about the island during the hot humid days, and it was so nice to have our own cool and comfortable space for the evenings and nights.

Everything on Web-site is Accurate. Beautiful!!!

I am impressed with Coral Beach Condo's and will not be visiting hotels after my recent stay. It is well kept, neat, organized and spacious. Great view from the balcony. Within 3 minutes you are at the beach and pool. Walking distance from restaurants, shopping centers, and only 5 minutes away from San Juan Airport. If your looking for activities, I enjoyed jet skiing and more. I was able to do my laundry on site. I am pleased with the customer service I received, great professionalism. Highly recommend !!
