Now with central air conditioning! This is one of two carriage house apartments next door to my home (see one-bedroom listing #372092), in the heart of the Santa Fe historic district. Both apartments are newly renovated inside by one of Santa Fe's leading architects, but retain the charm of an historic building on the outside. Turn off a quiet neighborhood street into a long drive to off-street parking in front of the apartment, nestled among lovely mature trees. This unit is two story, with a bedroom and bath on the ground floor and living area, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom and bath on second level, looking out to the trees through several light-filled windows. Sliding doors lead from the ground level bedroom to a private patio.

Enjoy the charm of living in a real Santa Fe neighborhood but with the convenience of a few short blocks to the Plaza or Canyon Road art district.

Home away from Home

Great spot, clean, comfortable. Owner lives next door and is helpful but gives absolute privacy. We felt at home here and often times didnt even bother locking our car overnight because the large Courtyard is shared by only one other unit, and is accesed by private driveway. Modern bright vacation rental, would stay again.

wonderful location, lovely apartment

A beautiful unit in an unbeatable location. Easy walk to the Plaza and Canyon Road, yet very quiet. For two friends on a getaway, it was perfect and had everything we needed (although a dishwasher would have been nice). But I have to say that for two couples, it would have felt very cramped. The living area is small and four people would be tripping over one another.
