This is my holiday "The River" condo in Bangkok.
This 66 sqm condo is a ONE bedroom, modern decorated with fully furnished kitchen, dinning table, 2 large daybeds and a KING size bed with working desk and wardrobe. The bathroom has rain shower and hot tub.

House Rules: This is my holiday home, I hope you will keep it as if it were yours. So respect the property as much as you can and make it clean for next coming guest, the next guest might be YOU!
This is a self-catering & self-service type of property. I provide clean room with fresh linen, towels and toilet paper at check-in, but I will not be refilling or changing them during your stay or until the next cleaning service. I provide up to once a week complementary cleaning service for guests staying over one week. You can request extra cleaning services, should you need it, at the cost of US$ 30/cleaning.
LATE CHECK OUT and EARLY CHECK IN
We will try our best to accommodate any request for late check out and early check in provided that there is availability and it is requested 24 hours prior to check in day or check out day. Please note that such requests, when accepted by the owner of the property via emails, are subject to extra charges, if needed.
NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOUSE
Needless to say, all properties in Japan have no shoes policy. Violating this rule would be also subject to extra charges in order to get a professional cleaner in or repair the damage done on the floor.
RESPECT THE PROPERTY
Although very central, the neighborhood is super quiet and best suits chilled out people who respect this vibe. As this is not a hotel, we prefer to rent to people who treat the place very well and respect it as if it was their own home.
The tenant also need to apply proper care to the furniture and equipments. Any loss or damage of items and to the property will be charged according to the actual costs of replacement.
